You got fabricating skills. Nice table and accessories.
♥ from your Rockwood neighbors!
Beautiful job Mr. Beard
I like the It’ll be fine, will it really screen saver! Lol 😂 I wonder that a lot when they say that…. Haha
I see your wife has been helping you out a lot with the cross cart.I can’t wait to see the power this monster is going to make.
😅
It’s a Harley sportster engine…
Not much for the weight bro.
probably less than a honda cr500 but the fact its a v twin harley engine gives you bragging rights.
"That's why you need one of these tables. Makes your life a lot easier and better fabricator. I still suck. Dang it!" 🤣 This is one of the few fab channels I can watch all the way through. Thank you R.B. One Canobie 😁
Suspension geometry is tuff to learn but when you understand it like you have it becomes a fun game of playing with the extremes to see how far you can go without getting into problems. Can't wait to see the suspension working hard on some long travel bumps. Keep it up!
Awesome Build Brother.
Love it !! Looking forward to seeing running around.
Thanks from Chuck and Rick at SEMA, it was a privilege to meet and get to know you and your sweet wife. To have you share some of your story was a highlight of our experience there, and to feel of your humble Testimony was an honor. Tanks for sharing. Much success to you and you’ll be in our Prayers.
It’s like watching an artist who sculpts in clay or marble. You’re the best! This is coming from a retired fitter😉
883 The Amercana Gravy Bones 👌
Congratulations on being chosen to do a SEMA build. Champion
My siegmund weld table has helped my fabrication alot it is so nice to not have to try to hold everything in place and weld it at the same time. It was always a big struggle to get anything squared up and the table has helped me with that alot
it's a wish list item for me for sure, awesome piece of equipment
@@ghomerhust you should look at the table the have for 2000 right now
Great stuff keep up the good work i will keep watching.
Seeing the time lapse parts really shows how much patience is needed welding. A lot of time involved.
Great looking build.
Amazing work!
Awesome build guys!
I’m telling you brother a Thunderheader will look amazing and sound thunderous plus the torque will make her boogie
P.S. love your channel brother
Very good my friend. I love you 😍🤩👍💪
Build is looking awesome, I like how you did your rear trailing arms 👍🏻
"makes you a better fabricator overnight. i still suck... dangit!" hahahah
Can't wait to see the final build, always amazed at some of the thing you create. Learned a thing or two from you. Your Wife, You & Garage crew do amazing job. Keep it up.
Quality build again👍😉
You need a welding turn table to make those welds look that much better!
I've been wanting to transform my 1200 into a golf buggy. Dinosaur Colorado USA saying hello and thank you for sharing your love and talents with everyone
Without seeing your builds I wouldn't have ever got interested in wanting a Billybadass crosskart! Keep up the great video content!
09:09 had me laughing. I remember watching some of the first videos you put out. You have come a LONG way in the fabrication game. Keep up the good work
I have watched you evolve into a top notch fabricator!
Loving this build Bro! Also admiring your TIG welding skills!
Rich.
You’re one of the few that puts that angle in the A arms. Way less stress on the suspension on rough ground and jumps etc. I don’t know what the others are thinking. Just pull a front wheel off just about any car or truck built in the last 70 years and you see it right there in front of you lol!
that kart should almost drive it's self a pleasure to watch u build it
John and Ike need one of them tables
This build is so bad ass! I know ole Red Beard is dying to get out there and give ‘er a proper rip snort!
Really a Saweet look’n build now that it’s coming together. Can’t wait to see it when it’s completed. Probably sounds badass too.
"Makes you a better fabricator over night, damn I still suck."😂😂😂 That one got me.. dude you're Awesome.. keep up the Great Work. 👍
That’s purty slick fellars, and gal!
Your welding skills... dang :)
ay va quedando chingon
Hay Man your welding and fabrication skills are amazing always an interesting watch well done love from here in the Uk 🇬🇧
I would love to build some fiberglass bodies for some of Red Beard's stuff some day haha. One can dream 😁😁😁
It’s lookin like one of those old school p47 luv the shape
Would look dope with a gold plated frame.
Yeah we see the real boss was out there supervising 🤣🤣🤣 looks good hope you do well at sema
That thing looks to be nasty. Would love to see ya do a shaft drive motorcycle engine. Suzuki samurai transfer case and axle build.
Motorcycle Shaft drives lose a ton of power.
They are for long service intervals not performance toys.
Id gladly take the buggy
Just stumbled across your channel. A big hello from Etowah. Glad to find ya neighbor.
Your fabrication and welding skills are very high end. Many times better than on the cbr-1000rr sandrail buggy that i built back in 2008/2009. It was a ripper but didn't look as nice as yours
TIG welding tip: leave your filler rod in the post-flow gas to prevent the end from oxidizing and contaminating your weld.
I wanted 2 give a 👍but it was at 420 and just couldn't do it. Good stuff big dog
I installed a set of Mazda Miata rotors on my EZGO years ago. I had to bore the inside of the hat to go over the stock ezgo flange. I was shocked to find the wheel studs of the EZGO were larger than the Miata's ;-)
just want to say you are pretty awesome all around and its refreshing to see someone like you make videos and be a good role model for im sure alot of people out there, including kids. i thank you for being an inspiration for me to buy a welder and being able to stick a ninja 250 engine in a chinese buggy, which rips by the way. Also thank you for keeping it rated PG, i can let my boys sit and watch your videos without having to worry about anything inappropriate. You have came a long way since the little red go kart and im impressed with your skills. ive noticed more miluakee and less bauer or chicago electric which will improve your skills immediately lol. nice in a pinch but barely worth the money if you use them every day. Anyway dude keep on keeping on, you are a very blessed man and a good person. if it werent for people like you i would give up on humanity. very few good genuine people in this world, or at least where i live they are far and few between.
You should have announced you were goin to sema sooner I would have made the drive from nor cal to see you guys to late now .good luck big guy
“Sweetwater Tennessee that’s my vacinity “ rep brother.
#30 and still Riding Dirty. 👍🇺🇸
Really wanted to see you steer it.
That one thing GOD didn't give us a lot of is time so live life and be happy and subscribe to Redbeard's garage
Love your work think about producing 4 or 5 a month and open a showroom in LA they will sell
ive said it before l like seeing Mrs. RB helping ..shes easy on the eyes ! As far as coming to see you at SEMA it been a long time that ive wished to go . Got married in Vegas and sema was going on the week we were there but dont you have to be invited ? like officially ?
I have 14 inch travel with himes laying flat and thought nvr crosses mind that there’s not enough range in the ball for that travel. How ever
I couldn’t imagine my steering wrkn properly if I put hime on its side. And the difference in the mount is difference of easy vrs hard and simply nice
Vrs it being busy. I’ll finish watching an see how this comes out.
That's a sick buggy Fer sure. Hows 50 herspers going to move that beast brother? Love all the good math buddy. I don't yell at my phone when you build
Best of luck getting your google account back. You might want to reinstall windows when you get back home incase the hackers have your pc keylogged
How much will it weigh when completed ? A 883 sportster weighs 545 pounds has around 54 hp and 70 ft pounds of torque and feel very underpowered. The build looks great and if the suspension travel is long enough and dialed in it’ll be sweet. Like jumping off the roof and landing in a foam pit. Also look into the Rekluse auto clutch for that 883 it’s similar to how the Honda clutch works on mini trails 70cc 90 cc ext you let off the power then make your shift. You can still keep and use your clutch lever or pedal and use it if needed.
I love the Patrón wall. I drink tequila too. Patreon 🤣🤣🤣🤣
15 degrees is a very neutral # Honestly anytime I have questions regarding pitch angle in degrees I refer back to my 1/8scale nitro powered buggies and truggies there 17.5 degrees which is more aggressive steering and large jumping capable just like rear angles and toe are so important
My bender keeps seeing the way I look at your bender and now we are in therapy
Sweetwater Tennessee that is my vacinity 😂🤣😂🤣
More more.
When you do the tig welding is it set to pulse or is it the Timelapse doing that? All in all real nice welds. Can’t wait to see this thing go! 🤘🏻
Braxton hasn’t been on the channel in a while.
Saw your post on Twitter with a UA-cam/Gmail hacker. Hope everything gets back to normal. Two stage verification is much more of a security risk than a super strong password. Write your passwords on a notebook and keep it in a firebox.
We did everything we were supposed to do. They turned it all of without notifications.
@@mrs.redbeard4718 did you guys get the channel back?
Weld red beards garage into the frame and send it out with a build sheet and keep a copy in your files and if they lose theirs they can contact you for another
Could you make a video on how to tune a stock carb?
Is that a bash on cars and cameras on that screen in the side room?
👌
Круто!
I would love to have that look that good crosskart without 883 Harley motor on it I would want I would love to go just to chassis to put this firebolt 2009 Harley Buell motor that has is a racing bike that's already setup for all racing is that so much power but I don't have the money or anything like that and it would be cool to have it a two-seater so I can wrap my six-year-old son in it
You guys have chassis tables but no plasma cutter?
Where’s Lenny I mean Lonnie? I hear he is a triplet with brothers Ronnie and Donnie!
Your channel logo disappeared on my list and I thought thought channel got shut down for a moment. Even after refreshing its still gone.
So much cool work in this video! Did you build the weld cart yourself with some ztfab parts?
So when is the turbo coming?
Im literally in vegas right now, dying to see everything there but have no possible way of getting into sema, i dont think its for the public.
Since your frame side hiem joints are vertically aligned while being rotated 15 degrees, that will make the knuckle rotate on suspension compression, won't it? How does that effect dive/anti-dive?
Yes 😅
Just a little heads up you misspelled SEMA in your thumbnail.
misspelled Sema on thumb nail. it's ok I understood
Is the power feed broken on your southbend?
Aye bro i just wanted to let you know your thumbnail says "SEAM" instead of sema
What size tubing did you run for the chassis?
Wait, What? You turned your Milwaukee into a bandsaw?
Hey whats that at the 14min mark? what did you peel off?
Hi RBG men. Can You build this kind of cart with 4 cilinder Goldwing engine for me ?
N I thought I missed the rest of the build
Hello Greg I like this build too I have been wanting a set of spindles like this could you maybe build me a set if so how much also what are the rod end spacing on the spindle thanks.
Sing me up I want one built
ive been building a full suspension buggy/go kart and at first i was scratching my head trying to design it all...then i looked over at my old Losi scte 2.0 short course R/C truck and was like duh! so the front suspension is copied from that and the rear has the swing arm out of the ninja 250 which i took the engine out and put in a chinese buggy. i have it to where a predator 301 hemi will bolt to the swingarm. besides removing or unplugging the low oil sensor will i run into any problems with the engine cutting out or anything else because of the movement on the swingarm? Just lets me be able to make it a couple feet shorter and seems it would be good for traction
Andarilho
Please tell me the cost for me of ready cart.
Will ask you to build me a buggy one day
you CAN buy time of the internet ........ by buying stuff ready made
