Hey Croskkart Fans! A year and a half in the works and it is finally here and available to you! A Crosskart kits are here! Pre bent and pre notched tubing made by a professional manufacturing company and shipped to your door. Assembly was an absolute breeze and well worth the cost of having the bending and notching done for you. For the guys wanting to race this is a huge step in that direction as it will make these crazy machines available to nearly any fabrication skill level. The success of builders who jumped in and started bending, notching and welding is already 100% for the frame so having the ease of a kit that goes together like legos will prove to be just as successful. Thank you to the builders, the guys who not only believe in what I am doing but believe in themselves. You guys make incredible machines.
Kits will be offered with or without Jigs/Fixtures
Kits will also be offered in three lengths; Standard, +3" stretch and +6" Stretch.
Kits will only be sold to plan holders as you need the plans to assemble a kit

I’m a 25 year military aviator and still serving. This is not my full time job. I highly empathize with you as I did not do social media at all before KJ Raycing. But at the same time if I wanted to build a crosskart and this was available before all of this started, I would have definitely joined the build community on Facebook to get one. I wish you the best and I’m sorry I can’t do more for you.

The idea of selling something online seems very easy, we all do it every day, right? The actuality is that it is extremely difficult to set up, manage and add customer service to the whole thing. The facebook group is a way to connect me to you and you to the other builders. My online presence will always be directed to make the internet a useful tool. I just don’t have the resources or time into making this a full blown business, and hiring a company or even another person to handle all of this for me would make prices go way up. So which would you prefer, higher prices or joining a Facebook build group?

I’ve been looking at bmw e30s for months now cuz I’ve been wanting something light and fun to drive I can throw around. I think I might have found the perfect alternative. Tbh I don’t love working on cars but I do like building stuff so this is everything I’ve been looking for. Instead of spending 10-15k on a 40 year old high mileage German sedan I’ll spend 5-7k on a sick cross kart. Will absolutely be buying the plans and joining the group soon to lock in my order 😎

What he is selling has already been done and proven by many. Don't be a jackwagon.
With bending, notching, and fitment adjustment, that’s like 80% of the time to build one. Well worth it for the accuracy. Well done! I fully believe you could have a crosskart built from start to finish, by yourself, in under 100 hrs. And that’s being conservative.
Agreed! People always ask how ling does it take to build one but I honestly don’t know because I spend a lot of time filming it. This chassis went together VERY quickly and easily.

I am super stoked for this. Gonna be buying plans soon so i can get in the group to start. Im so excited, i dont really have all the funds together but i dont care. This is an amazing opportunity for me to hone in my welding and basic fabrication skills. Ive been following the channel for about 3 years now and ive always dreamed of building one of these amazing machines. Like you i am super intimidated by bending and more so afraid of opening my wallet. This may not be dirt cheap but its the hardest part of the build made SUPER simple. Love this channel and i cant wait to become a bigger part of the community ❤❤❤

Nope, I use atv or utv front ends to make fabrication easier.

@@bobsbarnworkshop you don't necessarily need a whole donor just for the front end, I've bought complete front ends for as little as $200 hub-to-hub

I’m with you. Not having front suspension is a big omission. Incorporating front suspension would add a lot of value to the plans. I like the look of the cart but front suspension is a dealbreaker 😢
I wasn't there for the assembly, but seeing the kit beforehand and the assembled frame after I can't help but be blown away; Kyle's enthusiasm is genuine and he can't wait for people to get their hands on these well made and user-friendly kits. I've used the Rogue Fab bender and notcher to make CrossKart frame parts alongside Kyle, but I'm super excited to get one of these VF-1 kits.

I live up in the mountains of Montana. I have an old Arctic Cat 500 4x4 ATV. Is there room to add the front driveline without jacking the up the center of gravity???
I designed the VF-1 XL with extra room all around to fit 4wd. But it is not available as a kit yet. It will always be fun and very worth bending up your own frame.
Any of these come pre welded together? I understand shipping would be much more expensive but like me, I'm very mechanically clined. I can build all sorts of stuff by I don't trust my welding skills to keep me safe at 80mph.

I am going to buy one of your kits and build my first crosskart. I however need to builld a level platform beforehand in my basement. What is the average footprint of these so I can start building my platform and start my journey

Im gonna be building one of these for a daily driver gonna get it registered and insured gonna try and throw a 1000cc engine in it for the power. Cant with to save money in gas and insurance. And not to mention have fun making the rounds.

What build would you recommend me being 6,4 with 34 inseam.
3” or 6” stretch. I think I’ve figured out a way to help guys decide what length to go with, I’ll start a discussion in the group, but you can also ask the other builders that are 6’4” with a 34” inseam how much they stretched theirs and how they like it. That is the cool thing of a build community.
I'm 6 foot and 300 pounds, can I fit in one of these?
I’ve had some pretty tall/big dudes in these karts. I would recommend a 6” stretch if you did a VF-1 kit. if you are looking for more room or comfort I designed an XL frame, but it’s not available as a kit.
Im have a frame desgin that i have condered doing scale production with. Would it be overstepping to ask who you chose to manufacture your kits? Their quality seems outstanding

Roughly, how much are the engines and all that, say a 750 plus transmission?
I say how much the kits are in the first 90 seconds of the video and cost of a 750 is however much you can find a donor bike for. 👍
