I like this build but when will the Harley-Davidson cart be getting finished please say soon I'm dying to know and see how the power is so I can see if I want to go that route
You guys do a great job. I've learnt a hell of a lot. The bible, christian bs I could do without but it's your channel so you do you. Cheers for all the (mostly) great content. You make me very jelly having such an amazing workshop and it's terrific to see the many years of constant hard work paying off for you dudes. Much loves your friendly anti theist/atheist xx
For cutting plastic you're better off using tool steel and grinding it yourself. It leaves a far better finish and it's easier to control the shavings and tool steel is cheap.
Hay I'm working on a predator 420 for a tractor and have some questions. What do I need to charge the battery and so I can run lights and a winch eventually? Because it's not charging the battery at the moment installed per factory.
@@RedBeardsGarage we can I'm just trying to get it fixed for my son. And I don't want to waste money I don't have on something that won't work right. Thanks for the response and I love your videos. Great content
Will the YZ450 engine have enough for that big heavy buggy? The YZ450 is a dirt bike, so much lighter application, and those engines are very high strung and require a lot of maintenance. Will it hold up in this heavy duty application?
Couldn't you pop on a car starter motor to use as your reverse instead of going without. Ive seen some really clever ways of installing said electric motor as reverse including using the engine starter motor wired to both start the engine & then polarity swap switch as reverse. Obviously the down side is you have to switch the engine off to use it & its also working against the engines own compression unless you have a decompressor built into the engine
I did get an electric motor for the reverse but I didn't want to complicate the build. I thought about machining the flywheel cover and putting a pass through extend nut on the flywheel and installing electric start on it that way.
Thank you for building proper grown men gokarts. Most are still builder gokarts for 12 year olds.
I build go karts for everyone. Kids, grown ups, hell even Bud light drinkers if they wash their hands first
My son and I love your channel. Thanks for the great videos. It's hard to find good clean content with no foul language these days.
I love that you put the scripture in! Awesome!
If you want reverse think about using a Polaris 330 trail boss transmission! They work great and can handle the power !
I would but all the drivetrain is done at this point. My plan all along was to replace the engine with a 700r.
@@RedBeardsGarage well keep it on your mind for future projects ! Love the channel bud !
Great to see you working on this again. ✌️🧡🙏
I like this buggy quite a bit. Should have it running in a week or so.

We are very soon. I have a project video coming out where I break down every build and a time line for them.
The way you guys made this video was alot more involved than previous ones. Good job.
So excited to see this build back in the shop. Thank you for putting the scripture in I really love it. Remember always be unashamed.

They have a very weak charging system on them from factory. We have an alternator setup coming out in a couple of weeks for them if you can wait.
