Thanks, loved the route, added the Wakimika river detour last second while making the reservation and am glad I did, it and the 2 days of waterfalls were definitely the highlights of the route.
Great trip. Thanks for sharing inspirational shit since 2015. Ever thought after 7 years of upgrading your audio set up? Most audio has wind noise and vibration from whatever you are using to hold the camera. Looking forward to the next one.
@@jmullin I only realized at the end you record solely on the gopro so I'm not sure what is available to isolate the sound on those. Even some sort of wind protection would help. Also some sort of holding device that doesn't amplify every bump and bang. I'm only suggesting this as your content is great but you don't get the views. Studies have found audio quality is a bigger factor in keeping viewers on YT than video. I want you to get what you deserve. Can't wait for your next trip.
@@ableaquariums5480 Very interesting info. I only started recording videos to show friends and family what my trips were like and to be able to watch them back myself years down the road, audio quality has definitely not been a strong suit for sure and will certainly be a consideration when upgrading my gear down the road. Thanks for your comments, I do appreciate it.
@@DerekSOutdoors haha yup smacked one pretty good there, but yeah the boats fine, these things aren’t whitewater boats for sure but they are tougher then most people think… was more worried about the canoe, it’s an older ultralight Kevlar but even it didn’t take any damage… the water was pretty slow in that mini rapid.

I agree actually, I definitely plan to do some more Temagami trips but won’t be going in by the same access point, was way too many motor boats for my style of trip.
Nice trip. Looks like a great route.

Completely fair, thanks for watching!

Very nice trip, a lot of kms of travelling done 👍
Loved it, will definitely be going back!
@@jmullin saw you hit a rock there, hope the canoe was ok!

Looks like a great time. I'm looking at going to Temagami in a few weeks and looking at the Trout Streams as well.
It’s beautiful, you’ll really enjoy it… just don’t plan for distance going through them!
Looks like I missed a great trip, so happy you guys got to experience that , Looking at some of those portages my foot is thanking me lol .
Y’a man was too bad, no question we will be going back though!
Tons of aluminum boats on that route! Definitely a pass for me.
