I agree, the PCP technology is there but nobody has made a more normal size pistol that is semi-auto with decent size caliber say .22 is nice but .25 and .30 would be great! It could be maybe up to 1" longer or the tube to be flush with the barrel to get more air capacity. I agree we need a pistol like that for sale now.
I really hope Huben see this and make a pistol in the future, they could make a prototype quite easely and bring it to shot show/ IWA to show of their future plans.
I've had the pleasure of testing this pistol and I managed to shoot a 4 inch group at 25m. The accuracy was good even at high power settings. Very accurate, great engineering from Gregor!
This is the most interesting gun I have seen in a long time. This is a very nice self defense weapon. Even the most anti gun people around should not have a problem with anyone owning this. Due to the size and power, it doesn't seem viable for self defense. A proper conceal carry pistol is a third the size or less, fires more rounds and more powerful. Still seems really cool though.

This is just what we airgunners need. I love the looks of this bladerunner'ish gun. Was actually by Huben's online shop hoping they put it in production, but sadly, no such luck.
Amazing design & performance! I really hope that this is eventually available on the market. Threading for a sound moderator would be useful (where it is legal, of course), particularly as the muzzle velocity seems to be under the 300 m/s mark.
It’s illegal everywhere and would cause problems for the whole community but I would love to buy a privately made pistol from him. I assume this would be at least $3000 USD maybe $3500. But I would buy 2 for $5000

Nice prototype! Another 25mm of barrel, then extend the air tank 30mm, and you might have enough space to regulate it & hold enough air. Perhaps Huben could supply a dished out end cap to provide more air space.
A fatter air cylinder or double/over under type made out of titanium 5000 psi fill, some how fit a regulator in it and produce in a limited amount and enjoy the rewards of you brilliant talent. Freaking amazing skills buddy. Your making me want to go get a lathe/mill combo so freaking bad right now, by some returned parts guns from a company that sales them for 100$ and go full on Frankenstein on them. Even if I could do that I really don’t think I could ever top that pistol you have right there. Truly awesome.

That is a nice pistol. It looks like a replica firearm rather than an air pistol. I converted a 1377 to a pcp and it is small but it doesn't come close to as small as that Huben is. Keep the videos coming! 👍 Edit: Oh I didn't realise you designed it. Your Huben looks better than the Ataman IMO, as it looks like someone just stretched the front slide of a 1911 in Photoshop!
Very nice brother. You have mad skills. I would love to shoot that awesome pistol. It would still look good if you increased the barrel length and the air cylinder a few inches. Definitely do the regulator. It would still look cool as hell even with a small carbon bottle that would give you at least 2 full magazines of shooting. It won't be long before you make that gun full auto capable too. Wow, a select6 fire pistol. Man, you are on to something the sport would eat up. Love it.
This is AWESOME. You have potentially created a defensive airgun-- a truly defensive airgun. The plastic barrel shroud would be better in machined aluminium - of course that's for future mass production -- but this is serious.
You must be a machinist. Lovely work. That is nice, in that it could easily be filled with a hand pump, and if you want more shots, and a regulator, just tether it to a small bottle with a regulator.
hi, I also fell in love with that pistol creation, I agree Gregor havent share with us is cnc aluminum blocs or 3d printed files and that's sad, but with the help of is dissasembly videos and a lot of reasearch Ive come up with a simplier idea. I think the best thing to do is reuse the picatiny aloy frame cause it already contains the trigger, the only mechanical thing to do is shorten the cable of the trigger. (as shown on the axonometric view). this frame have to be dremel a bit, pariculary the rear part to slide the main bloc inside, next you need to build a wooden handle of your choice and fix it onto the aloy frame or reuse the original pvc of the gun to make it a handle, and a little frame to protect the trigger. the main design problem is the velocity valve who have to come out somewerhe, Gregor made a wise choice by puting it behind the trigger but reusing the aloy frame for the trigger mecanism will make that part less compact than is, so the valve will be deep inside the handle, hard to acess. An other solution is to put it like 5mm behind the trigger, but maybe it will interfere with the trigger mechanism. My design does not involve drilling in the main bloc but only using the aloy frame to fix the barel, tank, trigger and handle together and cutting trough this aloy frame a bit to fit the receiver bloc. Given should absolutely put this into production and figure out a way to get a higher shot count, maybe offer it in .25 cal as well, and for me.. ad a cockable hammer that reduces the trigger pull lol. But man.. you kicked ass! It looks so damn good to! Reminded me of the Revolver style future pistol that Deckard uses in the original Blade Runner film

Would it be too much of an engineering mission to use the dead space within the pistol grip for more air freeing up more space for a regulator?
