I did not have a clue that AHBD will ever be hosting such beautiful places and homes.... Being a Gujarati, i'd not think twice moving into my own community state and live a lavish life there... Around my own people... 😍 both the young designers and architect have done a Fabulous job. The villa looks full of life, colors and positive energies.... They made a plot turn into a house and eventually with their intricit designs and thoughtful planning turned this house into a HOME.... Absolutely commendable job... Very professional yet so personal while designing this home.... Fantasttic Job both of you.... I wish you both all the luck, strength and ability to keep improvising on ur designs and make many such Indian families happy and proud.... Great Work.... Keep it up...!

Little request Just try to add video presentation too in future.

N she told me she didn't interrupt when the guy was talking . Very professional n educated we felt. We really liked their transparency when it came to mentioning price in description. Bcs we as consumers can plan approximate costing for near future project , n if we see such kind of vedios , we feel it might cost too much more , so we become reluctant to new ppl .so mentioning price is a good way of transparency n planning. Already we being jain many ppl around us are into architectural fields. N we hv seen their works , But this one took our heart . Very intelligent people , very good work . 😀😇😇😇 .

What is the living square feet area? 4. How much would a reasonable, middle grade, furnishing a home like this add up to? 5. Air conditioning? 6. Water (24/7?) 6. Gated community? 7. Looks like a flat roof. Lot size?
it is a powder room, which is ideally near the entrance and the drawing room. Also it has an indirect entry, so it doesn't feel like you are being greeted by the toilet.
The house is like overexposed... all glass ... how will u feel comfortable inside?... it can be a great hotel , rather a resort or something... but not a home

I love in USA and we live in joint family of 17 people. We are moving back to India this year for good. But over the years we learnt that big houses are not worth it at all but rather joint family with small house with great Neighbors are better. This house probably worth 50 crore rs. But not worth it at all. I can afford this but rather stay in good community where we know our Neighbors. Well everyone is different.
I truly believe kitchen should have good ventilation ..... Air circulation ..... Better for the one who would be cooking.... Also large glass windows on the west side .... Could rise heat on the western part of the house during summers.... I don't found this design very practical

It is a holiday house. And as we have mentioned the house has huge compound wall on its periphery + a heavy green foliage. So you get ample privacy.
