Simply waste of money yet not giving the feel of a home, just looking like a factory resting & recreational lounge.
I liked the plan but interior designing was not up to the mark

Luxury house dekhke laga ki itna paisa banana hai ki duniya dekhegi hamara bunglow....tabhi bich me advt aagai donate kart wali , dil bola duniya ma dukh bahot hai yaaron ,usse Kum karne mein hi Paisa lagana hai...baki bunglow Ishwar Allah bana denge
Not worth it, Gujarat is a hot place and Ahmedabad is going to become a unlivable place in a few yrs, already it is peeking 47-48 Celcius in summers. This summer there were a few days when even AC wasn't working properly and this is going to go up. I am planning to sell all my property and move to a hill station. Or any place but Gujarat.

Cost of plot comes to around 7 cr, add another 4-5 cr @4000 psqft for builtup, roughly comes out to be 12-13 cr

I dunno the price of the land. But looking at the built-up area(6028sqft), the cost must somewhere be around 2.7 crs max. 6k*4500. I don't think they would have spent more than 4500.
@@kavin7012 price of land close to 8k-10k psf there. And the extra cost after bu was rough stamp duty and other charges
