This line is going to be a great source for suited bodies for 1/12th characters.
Some cool cross bleed between Indy, Star Wars(besides Harrison Ford) and James Bond. 1. This is the 2nd Julian Glover figure that hasbro has produced, the first was a Walgreens Exclusive of his Star Wars Character-General Veers, ironically-the leg tooling between that figure & Walter Donavan is the same, boots an all. 2. Indiana Jones has often been compared to James Bond, Which ironically-Julian Glover-Also Played a Bond Villain in “For your eyes only”, The gun that Walter comes w/ is a Walther ppk, 007’s signature side arm, finally, we know they announced Henry Jones sr, played by the late-great sir Sean Connery; the Original James Bond. I genuinely wish Hasbro would acquire that license. Imagine all the suited Bonds, villains, and Bond girls that could generate. Dig the review, I was lucky enough to find Kazim & Obi-wan club Indy at target today, that diamond and nurhachi accessory are weee-size, Kazim comes w/ a few guns. Dug the review DH as always.
Good comparisons as always. About scale, the reason why those black series figs you showed are smaller than 6 inches is because the actors those figs are based on are very short people! 1/12 scale means 1 inch equals 1 foot. Carrie fisher is 5'1, hence, a 1/12 figure of her should be just over 5 inches, which actually is what black series figures of her tend to be! So, black series are absolutely NOT in "5 inch scale" like you said...
I have not laid eyes on any of this line in person yet! My fav just looking around so far is ToD Indy. I like how that subseries includes a build an artifact. But does that artifact scale up with the actual figures or is it enlarged to be more or less a display piece? Great review as always!
Donovan's Legs and boots look to be almost the Exact same sculpt and the Imperial Officers Legs and boots from the Black Series Line. Would love to see a close comparison of the General Veers Legs compared to this new Donovan to confirm my suspicions.

DHunter That classic scene at the end of Indiana Jones 3 it's remarkable, you can replicate it with these amazing figures.
I haven’t seen a single one of these figures in any store. Actually, only saw the woman in red one time and never anything else at any stores.
Prof. Indy should have come with RATS.... BIG ones. Was wondering how long it would take you to harp about the scale of the figures and wow, only 5 minutes and 20 seconds this time. Impressive.
The Walter Donavan head could possibly be a Ventriloquist with glasses 👓 lol
I got both at GameStop.
Unfortunately the Indy is all wrong, in sewer scenes he wears a long tie not bow tie, so it is not exact. Another failure by Hasbro.
