Literally had the same thought 2 weeks ago. I was feeling exhausted for "no reason" like I was about to have my period when in fact I was only in my ovulatory phase. Since my mind can't comprehend why this is happening, I've turned into astrology gurus and pinned this moment to be an effect of the venus retrograde 😆 makes me feel better that way.

I’ve been using a fertility awareness method (Marquette method) for about a year now and I love the objectivity it provides in that I always know exactly where I am in my cycle on any given day. It’s been super helpful in getting to know my body! It’s also really nice being able to trust its accuracy (at least for Marquette, can’t speak for other FAMs) where the calendar method often falls short
