01:16 Nuts 50 g.
01:33 Vanillin.
01:54 Avocado oil.
02:39 In the oven 200°C/400°F/30 minutes.

Oatmeal 1 cup.
2 eggs.
Yoghurt 3 tbsp.
Stevia.
Vanillin.
Cinnamon.
Butter 20 g.
Cherry (frozen) 200 g.
Turn down the heat.
Allow the water to evaporate.
Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

1 banana.
Cranberry and apple jam 2 tbsp.
Butter 2 tbsp.
Oat flakes 60 g.
Nuts 50 g.
In the oven 40 minutes/180°C/360°F.

Chives.
Spinach.
Mozzarella 50 g.
1 egg.
Salt.
Dry garlic.
Yoghurt 5 tbsp.
1 egg.
Avocado oil.
Mozzarella.
Cover and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn around.
Fry for another 3 minutes.

Make applesauce.

Vanillin.
Avocado oil.

Walnuts 50 g.
Stevia.
Vanillin.
1 apple.
Water 100 ml.
Applesauce 4 tbsp.
Butter 1 tbsp.
In the oven 30 minutes/180°C/360°F.
Crush some cookies.
Kiwi.
