00:00 Oatmeal 2 cups.

01:38 3 eggs.
01:54 1 tsp baking powder.
01:57 Stevia.
02:02 Vanillin.
02:54 Cranberry 80 g.
02:58 Tangerine peel.
03:20 Ginger.
03:33 Juice from 2 tangerines.
04:15 Avocado oil.
04:44 In the oven/30 minutes/180°C/360°F.
04:57 Let the cake cool completely.
05:31 Recipe 2.
Oatmeal 1 cup (250 ml).
2 ripe bananas.
Vanillin.
Hot water ⅔ cup 158 ml.
Blueberries 1 cup.
Avocado oil.
08:05 Recipe 3.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Chives.
Avocado oil.
Mozzarella.
12:09 Recipe 4.
2 bananas.
Walnuts 1 cup.
Vanillin.
Cranberry.
Bake for 35 minutes/190°C/380°F.
Lavender.
green tea.
Rose.
Blackberry.
pour in hot water.
Wait 5 minutes.
