Hej, I have a question - are you using just one light? You mention both the strobe and the speedlight, but I can only see the strobe in the video and you dont mention anything about positioning the speedlight.
If you have a group, I’ll start from about F4.5 on the aperture. If you want to be sure everyone is in focus you can choose between f8 and f11 But as usual, experiment with these numbers
she has very good calculated moves, but i still don't understand why you made her jump and make biggersteps when you shot the upper part of her :))@@Phloshop

Thanks a lot!! But no the only light used was the strobe! I had LED lights in the studio but that was just to illuminate the studio for the video.
Can you have similar results with umbrella's?
With large shoot through umbrellas, you should be able to, but I think this is easier
