    Loved it! Nice pace, music, easy moves. I did each round separately: 2 rounds in AM + 2 in PM. I clocked 303 calories + 3,381 steps. I added your 8 min biceps workouts after round 4. Looking forward to tmrw's walk. Thank you!

    I have followed you with my workouts for a long time and love it :) One question: Some times I`m not 100% sure if I do the exercises correct. Maybe you can place a mirror behind/beside you so it`s easy to see how you do the exercises. Sometimes it`s not easy to se just from your front.
