Love from Shelia and Joe in Mountain Brook,Alabama. Thank you for being great company on this winter evening!
Hello to You!
My family always thought I was silly because I loved the Scrooge film with Albert Finney, I have a wonderful memory from my early teens of going on a Christmas field trip with my music class and watching it in a theater. It was a treat, our class sang some of the songs from the movie on the bus ride home. Those poor dedicated teachers and bus driver!
Dear Jeri,
Thank you again for the wonderful video and recipes. Yes, the Christmas candle was a very good movie. I really like fruit cake and fruit cookies.
Merry Christmas
Carolyn

Have been singing with a Christmas chorus over the past years, but obviously not now. We sang for many groups, this last verse that you gave from Isaiah was in one of the songs. Your videos are so beautiful and your voice so soothing when we face the madness that we have going on right now. Thank you for your work and thoughtfulness.
The Hallelujah Chorus, my favorite!
Catthyme, I miss doing community theatre and choir. Shelia B
Thank you very much for this lovely Chritmas video!

You are a delight. Merry Christmas to You and Your Husband and May the Happiness You Give Return to You Many Times Over.God BlessYou.
These videos are enchanting. I love the way you combine the story; the music; the visuals and the cooking to create a memorable experience. I find myself watching these videos several times. I still want to try making your florentines.
This is such a wonderful Christmas present! A Christmas Tea! I loved it all! I am a fruitcake lover too! One of my traditional movies I watch is A Child’s Christmas in Wales. We saw it years ago on HBO and got it later on video and later still on dvd. I also have the book by Dylan Thomas. It’s kind of a reenactment of the book. Oh I love The Christmas Candle! I saw it a few years back and have that in my collection as well. Loved the snow globes, the postcards, the pomanders, story, recipes and lovely tea. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas to you! ❤️
I haven't seen that movie in years and years and I dearly loved it. Now I must seek it out on youtube. thanks for reminding me.
Jeri, thank you for all of the loving effort and talent you put into your videos. They are especially comforting in this year of isolation from Covid. I tune in often and even re-watch episodes because they make me feel so welcomed into your world - almost as if I were right there with you. God bless, Merry Christmas and a safe and healthy New Year to you and your family.
And I thank you as well Diane, for being here with us to enjoy some quietude and history. You are always a welcome guest in my world!
What a delightful video! I enjoyed it very much. Merry Christmas!
Happy Christmas to my favorite Show Hostess. You bring to mind many of the people that I hold dear. They always made the holiday special for our family. and hopefully we will never forget their goodness.
Dear Jeri Landers, you create something very special, and peaceful.. While watching, it came to me; it's "love in any Language," is "fluently spoken here!".. The words are sang by Sandi Patty and fit perfectly, for me, with your calming sharing of your creations.. I'll leave with more words from Sandi Patty's song; "There is no misinterpreting, the language of the heart!" 💖💖🙋🏻♂️
Well that is such a beautiful comment and I thank you for it. I haven't thought of Sandy Patti for such a long time, the lyrics are so fine.
Such beautiful arrangements to enjoy in your house......seeing greenery all around makes for such a devine home. I never feel right if I go into a house without greenery or colour...my house is full of both. Thank you Jeri 🧤🪴👒
I collect antique postcards and it was an absolute treat to see some of your collection! I loved to be part of your baking and tea! Your guests where adorable ❤️ I just love you to pieces! I feel like everything you show is something that I'm interested in and love and I just don't find many places. I also love your reference to Scripture! Merry Christmas and God bless! Can't wait to see more from you next year!🎄🌟❤️
Thank you so much, great to have you with us!
I love the movie "One Magic Christmas". It is not so well known but it's wonderful and it teaches lessons so it's good for kids.

Excellent content! I remember getting small plastic snow globes as Christmas gifts back in the 1950’s.
Thank you again for sharing. Time spent with you, remindes me of happy times. I just sit there and listen. No stress no worries.

Very lovely, you have such a talent in everything you do, my friends bought me one of your prints, love💖
She sent me a photo!
Thank you Jerri and a merry Christmas to you and yours God bless.
I love this! It’s sad that people don’t realize the gift of a good book. With all this technology it feels sadly forgotten the imagination of a good read, the tactile feel of book in hand curled up in a chair. The comfort of a warm throw while the winter snow gently taping the window.
Well said, nothing can replace a real book; the sound of turning pages, feel of the paper, and the weight of a book in your hands....However slight.
I love your passion for antiques.. I’m 36 yr old and I have a similar love for antiques. My friends don’t really get it.. I wish I knew you personally, you are such a joy and one of a kind. You are not just going thru life you are enjoying every minute of it.. the beauty in small and simply things 😊
I understand that, I started collecting antiques when I was about 13yrs old... you can just imagine what MY friends thought! Take Joy!
Merry christmas and stay safe in 2021. Also thankyou for letting us into your slice of heaven. Blessed be.
Your video is a perfect Christmas gift. Thank you. I love The Waltons and Little House Shows but my favorite is A Christmas Story. Any time in feeling blue Ralphie and that Christmas dinner at the a Chinese restaurant cracks me up. I love all the snow and the 1940s setting. I will give The Christmas Candle a view. God bless and be with you.
It was hilarious, every bit of it! We once had Enchiladas for Thanksgiving dinner, almost as bad as that Peking Duck.
I think of it every time I hear Deck the Halls.
Lovely... brings back memories of a long past time that I miss... love all the cooking, animals and stories... thank you
How Beautiful is this video! It warmed my very soul!! In this time of uncertainty we need more of this! I just loved the history, the recipes, the stories, the warmth of your candle lit home and the sweetness of your voice! Have a very Merry Christmas, and a Blessed New Year!❤

Richard the Cat gave me a good laugh...
Thank you for the reading. Reminded me of listening to stories read by the two librarians way back in the early 70's and we were very little, looking up from where we were sitting on the cool floor and it was very hot outside.
What a wonderful posting! I was fascinated throughout. It was such a pleasure to listen and learn, and I agree with others -- you have a serene, calming voice. It was a lovely melange, topped off by a beautiful, delicious Christmas teatime. Such a treat. Thank you!
Yes my son and I love Oliver too. I also like old black and white version of the Christmas Carol.
So magical-loved this and didn’t want to leave-so warm and inviting ! Merry Christmas to you and your family Jeri!

Beautiful content and I appreciate the given history. The food looks lovely. Your books are wrapped and ready to fly away to the grands' tree across town on Christmas Eve while they sleep. Thanks for a wonderful year and best wishes to you all. D.
Wonderful!
I love old books, new books, red books, blue books.......I love them all !
Me too!
Thank you for the quiet moments of reflection. My young adult special need students brought their snowglobe to our remote learning last week and it was really special. I wished I had this information about the history of snowglobes to share! These moments with your videos bring the true meaning of Christmas to me. Jesus is born! Blessings on your Christmas celebration. I'm so fortunate to have found your channel!
Thank you so much Janice. It must have been a lovely collection of Snow Globes!
