I would definitely agree with you but their cold brew on nitro game is strong. I'd had porters/stouts on nitro before, so the coffee blew my mind. Better than street drugs and probably more expensive.

White Mocha Syrup: 1 13.8oz can Condensed Milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 tsp instant coffee or expresso powder I think. I am working on it.

Most likely no because milk doesn't have as much fat. You can foam up milk, but it won't be as thick. You could try full fat oat milk or coconut milk, but idk if it would be similar
