    I followed your instructions didn't have an onion tho, substituted with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and packets of seasoning, turned out tender and juicy. Forgot to add the butter 🤦🏿‍♂️. Thank you for this video. 4 hrs cooked and my corned beef was to perfection!!

    Nice, boiled is so overdone lol, I make my own and roast them, after st Patrick's day I stock up on sales, I wipe dry not rinse, and brown 1 or 2 in a pressure cooker, then put on rack in cooker with 1 beer for bottom and makes good au aju, pressure cook til shreds apart 🤤, saltier than baked and both delicious. I never added onion, now thinking I can roast potatoes with it too🤔, tyvm

      No ma’am, if you’re going to cook 2.5 pounds, it should be roughly 4 to 5 hours

    My corn bf is like rubber, a waste of money, I mean chew it all day and you still can not swallow it, OK I,m watch,n you real close (no water) 350 X 4hrs, 1st check , Blessngsi to you and your love ones, you take care, BB ( looks so good)

      Absolutely season fat side and cook fat side up so everything melts together.

    Is this the only cooking video you have your a mukbanger ? I love how you prep and cook I cook the same way and as a young black single mom I need mature black women to look for on YT for anything in life especially cooking (my mom is not in my life) so I'm tryna make this brisket and this the best video I seen !
