What a journey! Thanks for sharing it with us! INTJs can be also empathetic. My INTJs friends are. Their empathy is practical, hands on advice, help, and unconditional. To make any relationship work for INTJ & ENFP or INFJ & ENFP both have to be mature. The challenge for an INFJ and ENFP is their difference in opinion as you've mentioned, which doesn't happen all the time. INFJ will always be strong in their opinion however ENFP's can be strong as well but are able to listen to what the INFJ has to say and can learn from their opinion. ENFP's are more open to understanding and learning different opinions from the INFJ. I'm not too sure what it's like with an INTJ, haven't met an INTJ yet. Regarding space for INTJ, INFJ and ENFP, all three become better people when given the time and space. All three personalities love time and space to relax, to muck around, to reflect and be creative etc
(INTJ) Difference of opinion works... differently. ;-) If you have a valid point, or one that we can clearly see is superior to our own, or that clearly and objectively disproves our theory/opinion, we will gladly take it on board, or even bow in favour of your superior position and then adopt your view. But if you're not clearly correct, or worse, clearly incorrect, you are in for a WORLD OF PAIN! ;-) An INTJ never backs down and is three chess moves ahead. This scenario is the most likely. However, before you run a mile, we probably won't argue about an area we know nothing about. If you're well versed in something we know nothing about, you won't get an argument from us. Maybe questions so we can understand, but not an argument. An INTJ isn't good at everything and won't pretend to be. In fact, we will tell you specifically things we're either not good at or don't know about.
@@johnknight9150 to be honest I'm not one to get into an argument about discussions. I love to learn and understand others and help others to understand and be open to what others believe. I can handle being in conflict but would rather not. I understand where you're coming from regarding if someone proves their point and if it exceeds yours you'll have ears to hear.
@@Cre-qi2xy I do think INTJs like to debate for fun, but we hate emotional arguments. I have a mate I walk with, and sometimes one of us will actually say, "fancy an argument?". ;-) It amuses us to play around with ideas, and it's slightly exciting when we may not be right and the other person could potentially set us straight, or perhaps we even come up with a new insight together. But emotional arguments are horrible to us. We would rather be a million miles away. On another tack, I've got some family members who are getting into COVID-19 conspiracy theories. It's very frustrating and draining having arguments about it, and even though I would rather avoid it, those stupid arguments keep going around in my head and I'm constantly grabbing bits of information to disprove the nonsense they've learned from the internet. That's what it's like in an INTJ head. Does A + B = C? How will this argument play out? If Player 2 responds with answer X, hit them with answer Y, or answer Z in case of scenario 1, etc. etc.
@@johnknight9150 debates are better than arguments. It's about being open to other possibilities and growing in knowledge from what you already know and what's actually known in the world, I understand, but not everything has to be logical but more from the heart or through what others experience. Its all about a growth mindset, and changing as a person. And if a discussion is frustrating it's pointless to get involved too much wasted time, but it's your choice
@@Cre-qi2xy I quite agree. Philosophical discussions/arguments can be fun/expository, so long as neither party is so thin skinned that they go ballistic if challenged, even for fun; in jest. (I'm an ENFP, with an ESFJ-T?). If challenged she goes nuclear.
INFJs, I love you guys, my bestfriend is an INFJ, but I'm sorry but I honestly think that ENFP-INTJ is a better match. We have more similarities with our Fi-Te Traits. We like our partner to express their opinions more openly and honestly. And I don't think most INFJ can, they love sugar coating and beating around the Bush, and it's such a waste of time. INTJs are very blunt, yes it hurts to hear the harsh reality, but we truly appreciate it and will reflect on it and recover from it. It may be easier to befriend with INFJs and we get close quick. But it really takes a long time for them to open up and be honest. They always hide things. INTJs are hard to win their trust, but when u do, they are honest with u. They don't hold back their thoughts and opinions. IF INFJ can be more straight forward, they can finally be the best match for enfp.
What you say is interesting for a classic infj (Ni-Fe) but i doubt that it concerns the infj jumper (Ni-Ti). They tend to love less sugar coating and beating around the bush.
- INFJ mulher
Haha I'm infj male just met enfp online dating. In the first moment she interrogated me 😂, an continued questions on questions, digging into the depths of my mind nobody else has ever been. I'm a deep thinker subjects ranging from God to suffering to science, personal characteristics. Oh man I'm crazy about her. She's beautiful, an airline hostess yet I wasn't shy about approaching her. Totally not intimidated by her sparkly beauty. Our minds are matching in ways I couldn't believe I'd ever experience. So passionate. I'm passionate too. I can keep up with her and she with me. I thank God for guiding me to meet her. I don't want to give impression of desperation but now that I know what enfp female is like for me, I'd rather die than be without an enfp wife in my life. Haha I guess problem is infj males are rare.
I think the infj-enfp is the better match, and this is why. Each type has four cognitive functions in the ego. Extraverted functions want to connect with intraverted functions. Let's look at the function stack of both types: Enfp:infj Ne:Ni Fi :Fe Te :Ti Si. :Se Intraverted intuition (Ni) knows what it wants; extroverted intuition (Ne) knows what the Ni wants. Intraverted feeling (Fi) knows how it feels; extraverted feeling (Fe) knows how Fi feels...etc You're an enfp, and so am I. Let's see how that works. My Fi says "why aren't you paying attention to my feelings. You're not making me feel good. Your Fi is saying, "no, you're the one not paying attention to my feelings. You're supposed to make ME feel good!" Your Fi is looking for Fe, which isn't in the enfp ego The enfp-intj is kind of compatible but still not as good as the infj: Ne:Ni Fi :Te Te :Fi Si :Se So we have compatible perception functions, but not compatible judging functions. The secondary Te of the intj will be superior to the tertiary Te of the enfp, making the enfp feel like an idiot. And, neither have Ti (or logic, intraverted thinking), so it's just going to be two competing echo chambers. Also intj's have Fe blindspot. They won't even be aware of your feelings, unless you describe them. ...this information is from CS Joseph
Intj would be better due to the same judging functions we have: Te-Fi. Because that's our morals and values lies. Infj has Fe so it would be a clash when paired with an fi user. Fi is introverted, deep, private, very individualistic, disconnected. Fe is more expressive, nuance, very open and receptive, and attune to other's feelings. Fi takes a long time to process, feels very vulnerable to open up and share that raw emotions. Fe is very quick and loves sharing them too. The problem is when Fi will get smothered and annoyed by the constant emotional expression and wants it's own space. Fe will get annoyed and disappointed because Fi is not expressing as much as they do. Fi users like ENFP and INTJ only express when the authentically feel that at that time. We can't be forced to express our emotions, especially not on a regular basis. Fe users like INFJs express their emotions easily, because they want other's to treat them the same way too. They want to be loved, so they show love first. They give and expect to take later. Fi users express authentically, and don't expect others to return. We give others their space to express when they are ready. Idk the more u read on Fi vs Fe it's just so clear that it would take a lot of compromises and discomfort. I've had experience with an INTJ and recently, although not Infj, but an fe type. I can say I feel much more comfortable with INTJ. Like with INTJ, we can just tell each other once how we felt, andwe never doubt each other. But with an Fe type, I'm always forced/expected to express my emotions everyday, and I hated that. And in return, I have to get smothered with their emotions too. And I have to sacrifice much alone time. With INTJ we can just not meet for a long time and we still love each other very much. Only problem was our goals don't align, so we called it off and I understood. I'd say with INTJ it was less stressful for meas an ENFP. I dated infj once but it wasn't long but we were very young. Other infjs keeps asking me out, but ghosted after, it became like a trend. They probably don't mean what they say all the time, and it's such a waste of time. My Te is screaming. Yeah that's why intj is better thanks to Te too. Infj would go better with ENTP because they have Ti-Fe. I know a lot of emotional entp really. The Fe part of them sometimes bugs me.
@@mysterroniouscherry326 I do like some of what you said, here's where I stray; you said Fi has to do with morals and values. Does Fe also have to do with morals and values (since "feeling" as a judgment function is simply a system of values that increase the chance of certain decision outcomes). Where do the extraverted/ intraverted versions of this decision making function lay in that paradigm? Is there a difference I like CS Joseph's explanation of "cognitive synchronicity" (basically extraverted functions want to be with intraverted functions). Someone who uses Fe will use data that they've picked up in their culture. Someone with Fi will have developed their own system of moral values, apart from the culture (this is why those with high Fi often differ from the surrounding culture. The same can be said of other judgment functions, and perceiving functions. Extraverted functions want to be with intraverted functions. Cognitive synchronicity video: m.ua-cam.com/video/H5NZtbbiyKM/v-deo.html Now, this mbti community does not have consistent definitions of cognitive functions. If you want an interesting experiment, look at the difference between CS Joseph and TWF, and the way they organize definitions of cognitive functions. They both have different stances on their definitions while also being quite logically sound.
@@RandolphTheWhite1 oops sorry that's not what I meant. I wasn't clear enough. I meant both enfp and intj has FiTe, so we share similar values and morals. Fe users have different values and morals they prioritise.
Team INTJ for growth. With INFJ there’s a certain comfortability that I personally feel will cause complacency. My enfp finds me interesting being that our functions are reversed. It keeps her attention. But I love infj.

Infj relationship will cause more friction but be more fulfilling emotionally. Intj relationship is easier. Best match for Enfp though I think is Enfj. Just seem to have more in common in terms of energy levels. Also I have seen many Enfps get on very well with Esfps
Oh my god!! I agree with you!!! ENFJs are the best, and I think they work amazingly well with ENFPs. Did you watch my video on ENFJs and ENFP’s? This one: ua-cam.com/video/tthj0RaIjDY/v-deo.html
I'm an INTJ and my fiance is either ENFP or ESFP (it's hard to tell cuz he identified with both types, including both Inferior Ni and Dominant Ne at the same time, but I'm leaning ENFP for him). He enjoys socializing and being around a lot of people, whereas to me it's draining, but because I love my partner and usually spend a lot of time by myself or just with him, when he wants to go to events, I'll have a lot of energy saved up so I actually get excited to go out with him. It's all about tapping into that Se mode for INTJs, just because it's the inferior function doesn't mean we're not gonna use it, if anything that's what shows a mature and we'll rounded person, so it's crucial to tap into the inferior function in a healthy way. I was very careful in picking my partner, and that's why despite I'm an introvert, he's still able to keep my energy levels normal and not drain me. This is why I'm never needing much breaks from him, and we're just mutually obsessed with eachother.
The Difference Between a INTJ and INFJ I never noticed much of a difference between a INTJ and INFJ. Both dislike superficial people yet frequently end up marrying one. They are sweet, adorable and caring individuals. But no one actually likes being around them for protracted periods of time. You cannot outsmart these MBTI types. They are extremely observent. Most can identify your intentions and motives within seconds. Sometimes even before you speak. They give Clairvoyants a really bad name. INFJ's have a problem being around large crowds of people. INTJ's have a problem being around anything that is breathing. A INFJ will lament that none truly understand them. A INTJ doesn't care what people think unless it interferes with their plans on world domination. INTJ's have friends with 'benefits'. INFJ's have 'benefits' with no friends...I don't know means so please dont ask. INFJ's will scream "Geronimo' when skydiving from a plane. A INTJ will yell, "You forgot your parachute moron!" Cannibals won't eat a INTJ because they are high in cholesterol and avoid INFJ’s because they not Kosher. INFJ women are the epitome of grace during a relationship breakup. INTJ women collect men's testicles in a small glass of water by the bed, much like an old woman keeps her dentures at night. Needless to say aggrevated empaths are nothing to fool around with! INFJ's are refered to as 'The Counselor'. INTJ's are refered to as 'Innocent Until Proven Guilty'. Thank God I'm a ENTP

And someone who won't mind my weirdness and quirks:D
Sorry for the long comment --- but I really love this video. Thank you for this!! Love lots!
What a journey! Thanks for sharing it with us!
INTJs can be also empathetic. My INTJs friends are. Their empathy is practical, hands on advice, help, and unconditional. And that ends up feeling rewarding and fulfilling. It’s less “pure emotion”, like the INFJ is, but it’s different and felt as well.
@@Mindimalist I agree! Thanks again!
@@Mindimalist Yes, we do tend to express our empathy (or love) through practical acts, doing things for you, making things for you, etc.

Personally, in terms of conversation, I can talk to my INFJ friends and relatives for hours. Something I have not found yet with INTJs. Not saying it's not possible, just hasn't been the case for me.
PS: It has been the case but it didn't last that long with the INTJ hahaha.

I'm an ENFP and my big bro is INTJ and we can talk for hours from day to night until I forgot to do what I was supposed to do. My uncle is also an INTJ but we don't have long conversations. For INFJ, I only found one, we can talk for some time about random facts but not long
@@dianca8977 I might be a little biased to talk about this, since literally most of my fav people in the entire world are INFJs but I can see INTJ and ENFP working together too. Maybe it's not for me (but I've never dated anyone so IDK) but I can see it happening. Thank you for your comment tho, I appreciate you taking the time to talk about your experiences. You seem awesome ❤️
INFJs can be very blunt. Especially INFJ-As. They have less people pleasing tendencies.

There are plenty of straight forward infjs.
Let's look at the function stack of both types:
Enfp:infj
Ne:Ni
Fi :Fe
Te :Ti
Si. :Se
Intraverted intuition (Ni) knows what it wants; extroverted intuition (Ne) knows what the Ni wants. Intraverted feeling (Fi) knows how it feels; extraverted feeling (Fe) knows how Fi feels...etc
You're an enfp, and so am I. Let's see how that works. My Fi says "why aren't you paying attention to my feelings. You're not making me feel good. Your Fi is saying, "no, you're the one not paying attention to my feelings. You're supposed to make ME feel good!" Your Fi is looking for Fe, which isn't in the enfp ego
The enfp-intj is kind of compatible but still not as good as the infj:
Ne:Ni
Fi :Te
Te :Fi
Si :Se
So we have compatible perception functions, but not compatible judging functions.
Is there a difference
I like CS Joseph's explanation of "cognitive synchronicity" (basically extraverted functions want to be with intraverted functions).
Cognitive synchronicity video:
m.ua-cam.com/video/H5NZtbbiyKM/v-deo.html
Now, this mbti community does not have consistent definitions of cognitive functions.
INTJ is better for enfp for growth and reach hers goals based on Ne + Fi. 😇😝

Team INTJ for growth. With INFJ there’s a certain comfortability that I personally feel will cause complacency. My enfp finds me interesting being that our functions are reversed. It keeps her attention. But I love infj.

Neither of these types so far have worked. People are people regardless of type and finding a true connection with any type is rare. ENFP.
Yup, that’s a part of my disclaimer. Min 0:28
Easily INFJ
Aww 💗

Oh yes I got a camera, before I was filming with my phone (for a year and a half :)) I mention it on my previous video about INTJs.
The Difference Between a INTJ and INFJ
I never noticed much of a difference between a INTJ and INFJ.
