Rocket has guns, sure they are advanced and he's quite smart, but I feel like Tony is still smarter in the armour and in general. I mean, tony created a time machine, and a gauntlet that could hold the infinity stones. Rocket is kind of useless without groot or the others, while tony is one of the greatest avengers.

She(MCU Morgan) was actually the cousin of Tony Stark in the comics(Marvel Earth 616), he was also a villain and yep he's name is also Morgan Stark....so yeah...i mean its cool if you think about it :)
