Installed mine today with the no grind kit and struggled getting the coolant lines to clear the wastegate and line up on the compressor. Had to do a decent amount of bending but got it done. Luckily didn’t have any leaking from the banjo bolts

@@victorgodinez1296 instructions are adequate but I just dis assembled the stock turbo from the block and then went in reverse order for the new turbo

What’s the best turbo out for the ecoboost? Word on the forums is The NX2 Gen 2.

BNR says to anneal them by heating with a propane torch first.

lol so apparently the boys lost the ones BNR sent.. so we found a replacement and THOSE were leaking. We got it all fixed up now!

Two of the supplied washers are larger and have to go on the appropriate banjo bolt. If not you ill get leaks like they did here.
