Servings : 5-6 Servings
Ingredients:
For ragda
250 gm \1 cup white dried peas
salt and turmeric powder
1 green chili
1 piece of ginger
1 tbs mint leaves
2 tbs coriander leaves
1\2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
pinch of garam masala
hing
pani puri puri as requires
sweet dahi
For tamrind chutney
1\2 cup tamrind
1\4 cup dates
1 cup jaggery
For red chutney
6 dry kashmiri chili
6-7 garlic cloves
salt to taste
lemon juice and 1 tsp cumin seeds
Green chutney
1 cup coriande rleaves
1\4 cup mint leaves
4-5 green chili
ginger and garlic
4 tbs sev and lemon juice
