Ragda
1 1\4 cup Dry Yellow Vatana(beans)
2 tbs Oil
1 tsp Rai
1\4 tsp Hing
10-12 curry Leaves
1\2 tsp Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
1 tsp red Chili POwder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbs jaggery\gol
3-4 tbs Tamrind Pulp
coriander leaves
1\2 mashed potatoes
Pettice
400 Gm potatoes
salt to taste
2 tbs corn flour
1 tsp Garam masala
coriander Leaves
1 tsp Ginger chili Paste
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Amchur powder
For Serving
Some pomegranate seeds
coriander
onion
nylon sev
