1 of the reasons I like your content so much is that I get a good feeling from watching :)
That's not by accident. You created what you've created. It's not luck either. Luck doesn't sail, film, or edit; it's you doing it with your own two hands for "us" to enjoy :)
I appreciate your originality and skills :)
    Another great adventure!

As a guy loving music, and jam sessions, and playing guitar for almost 22 years, and just coming into the a big dream of sailing the yacht myself -this episode was the culmination of the Life itself as it should be. So grateful to you for that one and grinning myself wide and feeling love for Life after seeing this one. You guys rock! Wishing you all the best!

Maya and Aladino i just watched this video for the first time. due to my health on this day(i am going through kidney failure) i had to watch again just so i could get my guitar and play along. I have also learned Spanish guitar over my 50 years of playing. TO improvise is to flirt with the sounds of your instrument. it was so beautiful. I just love your channel!

Bloody hell, girl. What an amazing episode. Being a musician with absolutely NO talent but a heart full of love for the magic and healing powers of music. I bow before you both. I have experienced an evening like yours but only as as a spectator with tears in my eyes and a heart too big for my chest. I hope everyone who was lucky enough to enjoy your talent and magic realize just how special a moment they witnessed. Thank you for sharing.

Leaving for the last ten years, in a mainland city 50 Km away from the nearest beach, after spending my childhood's summers by the sea and the love for sailing, led me to your videos, of which i'm so grateful for. And those improvisions left me crying infront of my laptop. Many many thanks.

great music and another great video! hey, you could "play your way around the world" without too much of a problem. have you ever thought about that? i'm totally serious. it was that good! every marina in the world would have you. free boat slip, plus pay! i predict that life is about to get VERY interesting for you and dino.

JohnMac thank you so much John! Earning our way around the world with music is something I would LOVE to do. I do play here and there and earn a bit, but it's sometimes difficult to do when playing solo. The fiddle really needs another instrument to accompany it. That's why I was so excited to play with Geo! But I'll keep working on my solo act this winter haha :)

Your channel is unique in a world of sailing channels. I have wanted to build a boat for over 60 years, but life always got in the way. Of late I have been following sailing channels most of witch are about building or restoration. I found you tonight and have been bing watching the first 14 of yours. What has stolen my heart is your artist view and eye. You skill with the fiddle is a great but very small part of that. You have a great eye and the understated but beautiful images reach deep in my soul. Then your words convey the beauty and emotion that 99% of poets search for and most never find. I am in awe of you and wish you the ability to sail full time

Wooooow the title of this video can be something like the magic carpet and the magic notes. That music was amazing and inspiring. Your notes from your violin were really magic and shows the great quality as a musician you have. Great concert the Spanish guitar got the cherry on top with your violin. The guitar player excellent as well.

As someone who has tried to learn the violin (and failed), I am a lot in awe of your playing, your creativity, and the ability you have to completely flex AND play something that was amazing to hear. Your creativity knows no bounds. Between the two of you, you have a collection of skills that are incredible. Also have to say how much I love your voice overs and in just how thoughtful and though provoking they are. Keep doing what you are doing, live life to the fullest and enjoy this moment in time. Life will cause changes, but you will always have this amazing experience to prove to yourself that you can truly do anything you believe in. Love the channel

I’ve been watching a lot of these great videos and this really brought tears to my eyes. As a musician, (ukulele, guitar, mandolin, bass and bagpipes), this jam session hit a spot in my heart. I live on Maui, crossed the Pacific on a 40 foot schooner and worked as a captan for most of my life. I do anticipate you will sail to Hawaii soon and we can jam! In any case I’ve had great fun along with you so far and keep it up. Aloha!

Hi guys. I've been following you around the Med for some time now and have become quite fond of your occasional video snacks. I'm a big fan of Menorca myself and I just loved this improvised jam session. This - again - proves to me the power of music to enable people to transcend geografic, cultural and socio-economic differences by creating magic moments like this, and it's a great way to 'switch off' for a while and power up those mental batteries.
On that notion - you doing the computer editing and all - 'the tube' provides sheer endless possibilities in supporting yourself bandwise (not to mention sampling programs), and if you fancy 'busking' your way around the Med, your computer and a soundbox/speaker could come in as handy tools. Fair winds for the upcoming season :-)

My husband and I are in the planning stages prior to our own setting sail. Part of our preparation has been watching many, many UA-cam sailing channels and we just started binge watching yours. One of our biggest complaints about so many of the sailing channels out there is boring, day to day "stuff" rather than actual content. Your channel is a refreshing change to so many others.
