Jacob has a natural talent as a musician and singer but Allie is something else. I never get tired of watching this one but in every one since she shows the same love of what she is doing. Such vitality and love for life. She shares this through her music. Happy in her skin and rightly loved by all. Good Old Days. Wish I were still that age.*sigh* I believe that place burnt down. Sad. Was a fun place with lots of big names. Especially for just being a bar.

Wow...living in the SF Bay area back in the 80s it was not uncommon to go out to local venues where Chris Isaak and his band would be playing and knowing that what we were watching was something extraordinary knowing that we were hearing a really amazing voice.
