Gv80 rattling noise over bumps

- Hey guy I have this Genesis gv80 with customer complaint that when driving over bumps there's a noise in the back and the seat is shaking. I only seen a couple of gv80 that has a complaint like this. It's the seat damper inside the right rear seat that it came off from the bracket causing for the metallic noise bouncing around inside the seat. You have to talk to genesis dealer for the part.
Hi @HyundaiTech: My 2021 GV80 battery is always between 60% and 70%, no matter how far I drive my car. Do you know what is the cause and if Genesis will replace it with those numbers? I'm still within the 3-year warranty period. Thanks!"
State of charge or health? Where do you get those numbers? Unless when you go to your dealer and when do the battery testing and it fails then yeah theres a chance they will warranty it, but if theres no failure on the battery test unfortunately they wont just replace that because of 60 or 70 percent.
@hyundaitech I can see those numbers in the Genesis App (under Connected Services). I noticed some issues like the Idle feature (start/stop)not working, all four windows not rolling down, and the mirrors not folding sometimes. I think that could be the reason. What do you think?
@@dannyr6016 when state of charge is below 75 percent, start stop function will.not work. Usually if its like that, the tech will check the battery then recharge the battery then retest, if it pass they will just let you go, if not they will try to claim for battery warranty.

Hi @hyundai tech. I buy a genesis gv80 in korea last month and export in my country (Albania ) europe .navigator and some others like gues user not work for me . Location is not right it said . Can you help me please dear ?! Please
I can not conect with navigator or others in sistem of the car . Only the blutooth .

I didn't even know you could open up the seats like that, how the hell did they break that?
Maybe repeated overbumps driving and i guess especially if no one is seating at the back not too much tension. And the rubber that holding that damper i guess to small. Hahaha i dont know really.
