    We do this knowing without knowing.
    Should can be a weapon.
    "You should" fill in the blank.
    These words together say there is only one right way and you are wrong. This is unhelpful to learning to connect to ourselves and others. Connecting to ones Self is the only way to find our value. I cannot connect to someone else without first knowing what I have of value. If we are told we are wrong and no connection is being made and we are impressionable we lose our Self. When people tell children what they are it makes it difficult for them to find who they are.
