The municipality town of Ansiao it's 10 km distance where you find, registry office, notary services, banks, supermarkets, schools, public swimming pool parks, cafes and restaurants, etc.

The small castle city of Penela is about 12 km distance.

All major European high street shopping is available in city of Coimbra the 3rd biggest city in Portugal which is only 35 minutes drive on the A13 motorway.
Porto and Lisbon airports are at similar distance from the property, Porto is approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes drive and Lisbon approximately two hours by car.
This is one of the best houses I have seen in Portugal so far.

So if that burner out by the pool is for Central heating, is it just for that separate building or does it connect to the main house? And if it does, how does it connect? Curious..
The whole house
What is that house just attached to the house you showed near the pool? The neighbors house? Is the pool is shared?
The house and the pool are 100% independent there is no house attached anywhere. There is only y the house and the garage and outside entertainment area, plus the pool pump house.
A quick shopping trip to pombal - that's an hour
I can assure you it is 25 minutes in a car.

Where is it located exactly? I also noticed in the link that the furniture is not included in the asking price. What about the appliances? Are they included?
Some of the furniture will be staying and some not, the owners have not entirely decided, the suite is definitely not included and the fridge and freezer in the dispensary is not included. However I think that the rest of the appliances are included.

The reason I asked is because i am going to build a house in central Portugal on the coming years and it will be a 250 m2 home which is smaller then this one and only for the house it self i am thinking it will be around the 300 thousand euros. Thanks for the response.

This is a nice house.But its to far away from places.No public transport.There is a reason why people do not move to central portugal.
Lol a lot of people move to Central Portugal, our biggest problem is finding them houses to buy.
The most important question, how far is this to a MAJOR hospital. Not the health centers, not the hospital in Leiria, a major hospital. You suffer a cardiac arrest or a stroke, you don’t want to have to transfer to a major hospital.
Coimbra is the nearest major hospital
