Willy G Islamically the father gets full rights of the children as he is 100% financially responsible, if he cannot raise the kids and there is a divorce then he should pay the mother of his kids. What we often see in the west is that the primary care giver is automatically the mother if not married. The father can only have equal responsibility if it's in the best interest of the child I.e the mother is alway bringing random men in the house, the father can pay is a sensible man and has a good environment for the kids to go. Both systems work but I prefer the Islamic one. His new wife can look after the kids if they are weaned off from their biological mother.

Ok so I was here when my son was born, I am the biological father, and she agreed for my name to be on the birth certificate through the voluntary thing. Ive been with him for these past 1 year and 8 months. Now she decided to leave and take him out of the blue and refuse to let me see him. Does the father have the right to obtain a birth certificate if he is on the birth certificate? We have been trying for 7 yrs to get a paternity test done but when we mention it my husband's ex runs off with the daughter and disappears unless we mention money or a will. The mother brought the boys to visit me said she was going to work and be back the next day to pick them up she never came back. Petition to establish paternity has been done and the judge has already approved and notarized it. She gas yet to have this certificate amended since baby mother is prolonging this case.

Article I Section 10 Clause 1 of the US Constitution prohibits any State's attempts to prevent the performance of a contractual obligation between 2 or more private parties and nowhere on the child's birth certificate does it indicate, nor can it reasonably be inferred that the father's obligations assumed by their signing of that implied contract to be exclusively financial in nature. The Courts lack the legal authority to establish or define the terms of that contract and may only presume that the parties have agreed that the father in question shall maintain a relationship with their child in accordance with our society's reasonable standards regarding a healthy relationship between a father and their child. Any other interpretation of it is prima facie evidence that one is not only unqualified to intervene but also incapable to take part in the affairs of government in accordance with the Constitution of ths United States and have thus committed treason against it in their attempts to otherwise do so.

You can set up accounts without the SSN. If your trying to open a college account you can put it under your name and then transfer. If you want to save money for them in an investment account you can always do it under your name. You don’t need a SSN to do financial accounts

Ok so I was here when my son was born, I am the biological father, and she agreed for my name to be on the birth certificate through the voluntary thing. Ive been with him for these past 1 year and 8 months. Now she decided to leave and take him out of the blue and refuse to let me see him. I called the police and they said she had Equal rights to him as me and that they cant get him back. We're meeting up soon, can I just take my son and leave the same way she did? No there are no court orders, were not even involved in court yet. And no we were not married. The closest thing is hat we lived together for 3 years. What do you think? Can I take him?

What if me and my mother do everything… pay for everything even a year of rent for the mother to have a place to live.. she never gets them. She don’t hardly check on them.. she’s pretty by another man and super sick.. the kids will go over Friday I’ll pick up Sunday and they’ll be n same socks underwear and clothes… she showed up on Xmas and took them with 2 cops.. she blocked everyone’s number and nothing. I finally got them back and have had them since with her not reaching out to check on them or nothing.

However never paid any support during the entire life of my child. Nor has he attempted to modify the order of protection in order to have visits or parenting time with my child. Will I still be able to receive child support even though he has no emotional relationship with my child? Again, his name is on the birth certificate since birth. And if he does begin to pay child support will this give him the right to see this child he has never seen since he was born? He is now 4 and doesn’t know he even has a dad. He doesn’t even know what a dad really is

I'm not on my sons bc but DNA was done at birth and since 2 years old I've had him while his mother has been in and out of his life on drugs. I even paid child support while I had him to her... about 4500 till she dropped it cuz I threatened to sue since I was taking care of him. He's 4 about to be 5 in 2 months she claims to be clean and want him back but I'm not willing to give him back I let her see him once a week at my home. Given her history of dropping him off high on meth with random dudes with her. What are my legal options? Will the judge actually see what's best for my son?

We have been trying for 7 yrs to get a paternity test done but when we mention it my husband's ex runs off with the daughter and disappears unless we mention money or a will. The mother brought the boys to visit me said she was going to work and be back the next day to pick them up she never came back. Md was 5 and Mt was 2 when I got them they are now 8 and Mt will be 5 in Dec. The boys and I are down in Kansas visiting family and the mother wants to visit them. Petition to establish paternity has been done and the judge has already approved and notarized it. She gas yet to have this certificate amended since baby mother is prolonging this case.

Article I Section 10 Clause 1 of the US Constitution prohibits any State's attempts to prevent the performance of a contractual obligation between 2 or more private parties and nowhere on the child's birth certificate does it indicate, nor can it reasonably be inferred that the father's obligations assumed by their signing of that implied contract to be exclusively financial in nature. The Courts lack the legal authority to establish or define the terms of that contract and may only presume that the parties have agreed that the father in question shall maintain a relationship with their child in accordance with our society's reasonable standards regarding a healthy relationship between a father and their child. Any other interpretation of it is prima facie evidence that one is not only unqualified to intervene but also incapable to take part in the affairs of government in accordance with the Constitution of ths United States and have thus committed treason against it in their attempts to otherwise do so.

a republican form of government is one where the governed establishes the powers of the government that governs them so i cant imagine where you people have assumed this delusion that you have jurisdiction over a class of people you have explicitly denied their democratic and representational rights in government. its crazier than claiming that you have jurisdiction over everyone in France. Even if you had jurisdiction, you still cant exercise genocide that is banned under Article II(e) of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

You can set up accounts without the SSN. If your trying to open a college account you can put it under your name and then transfer. If you want to save money for them in an investment account you can always do it under your name. You don’t need a SSN to do financial accounts
