Sorry sister #3 should work too not just the sister #2. Sister 4 should look after her little brother. Sure teach him to cook and clean but running all the errands is not on. Even in US if you see a kid under age of 16 alone that's child neglect. I bet #3 isn't at school so she should be working. Sister #1 even if she does get married should keep helping her siblings or ask her husband family unless she like her mom. Big #2 sister so good even though she moved out and working she still helping pay for things. See the stress in all of them because there no real grown adult helping them. Wondering about other family members of dad's or mom's side. Why are they not helping them.
I think somewhere it did say sis #3 does works. But I think they didn’t focus so much on her because hers is probably part time, and sis #2 has become the head working full time. Most of the money is coming from her.
The sad thing is, they shouldn’t even have to do any of tht in the first place. They should be enjoying their childhood and studying for school and their future, not worrying about supporting their family. @@anak4600 .... I think Korean culture is one of the reasons to blame. Being a single parent is not that respected enough in Korea and losing her husband might made her afraid of her future... He has had to grow up so fast and he's a bright boy but I still understand his sisters how are too. They basically had to become like mothers to him too but are still young themselves. Overall...this is a sad situation and I hope it gets better for them. I can tell that they truly love and care for each other through everything they have been through.

When I started watching dramas I was very touched by the rol of older sister and brother in Korean culture, but then I realize that reality is most of the times so far away, in Hello counselor I have watched several true cases where older siblings are so cruel or humilliating toward their youngers. In fact not only in family but in society I know is a matter of respect to elders but nowadays these elders are only abusing of that respect. I hope they try to fix that and not abuse youngers that much.
They are really the cutest family... you can already tell the sisters adore their brother so much.. there is so much love in their eyes.. also the brother loves them back but is a little confused and maybe a little confused too... but they will make it work 100% ....
nadia2883 in my opinion, they are all equally affected by their very unfortunate situation - having to deal with the absence of both parents with no reliable benefactor.
@@nadia2883 when you parents are absent, some times people grown up badly. It's depend on person, they can be good and act bad.. This situation is too sad
nadia2883 Also it’s normal for siblings act like that especially for my family (Asian) also the 2nd oldest sister gave up her dream to take care of them. The other 2 just act normal and sometime make him do errands because they worked too. They would be tired so I get what they did.
This hurt me so much I keep coming back. I wish this family a lifetime of joy and peace I pray that they all succeed and don’t have to struggle any longer.
Honestly the sisters asking him to do errands isnt a concern. But whats more concerning is the fact that they lost their dad and the mom just abandoned them. Uhhh I feel bad for them.
This is actually really sad 😞 even tho they make their young brother do everything at the end of the day he still loves them and his sisters still care for him and love him as well this is why it makes the sisters cry and him cry

just because you don't have money, that doesn't give you the right to abuse your brother. it doesn't matter who you lose in life or what you don't have, treating others (especially your family) is key.

Who cried while watching this? Because when they asked the kid why he was crying I started crying as well 😔✊
You cant deny that yeongja is really have a great advice and wise person. She always solve with her wisdom
Dont know why but this cutie lil kid really reminds me with woojin wannaone so much
Omggggg same maybe bc of the way he talks??? Hahahaha

OMG that's what i think along watching the video 😂
Also, i hope the oldest sister still sends them money and tht she didnt just abandon them aswell.
wow 2nd sister is an angel, i cried too seeing her cry. she is so beautiful too. a total angel helping raise family, so responsible. karate bully sister needs to change... she is too mean
this video.. makes me realise that just because i’m older doesn’t mean i’m entitled to any power and that i should look after my brother with equality, i don’t treat him badly but i just don’t think i treat him how he deserves to be and watching this made me cry to the point i couldn’t breathe. i ran to my brother and apologised and he cried 2.
Youngja was really terrified!! Poor her, she wanted a demonstration, but she probably was scared for him. 7_7
He doesn't feel bad is doing errands but how they take advantage of him for being young. And he is right they shouldn't treat him as a command doll. And he knows that is hard in his home. But I just hope the second sister doesn't give up on them, also the other two to help her and work, I know is not easy to study and work, but girls, everyone has its own life and we need to adapt to ours hardships and stay strong, wathever we learn in this life is always for the best.
Aside from the main concern, the family obviously needs financial help. The mother should have had the decency to still pay the bills and send allowance. The youngest isn't even out of middle school yet and she dipped. smh
2:22 Okay but can we just acknowledge how smoothly he slid down the slide.
Gwangmo face looks like seojun + sian = Gwangmo❤
TRUE!
So that's why I was thinking he looked familiar!! And Sian has four older sisters too~
The way he talks reminds me of Kim Jong Kook tho
Who is sian and seojun?
@@vodka6612 They are kids from a variety show called The Return of Superman, where their dads have to take care of them for 48 hours without their mums.
Big respect for the second sister, she is working very hard for her family. I hope she will obtain happiness
Their story breaks my heart and at the same time heartwarming to see how they’ve taken care of each other. I hope they get helped by others financially after seeing this show and the second sister gets to fulfil her dream of becoming an early childhood educator!
Is anyone else lowkey pissed off that the 1st sister doesn’t help them out and just left the whole responsibility to the 2nd sister? I understand that she married and has a family but they’re her family too. Doesn’t she feel bad that her siblings are constantly in need?
Exactly! I was searching for this comment!!

This is so underrated story. At first im so serious hear the concern then suddenly i cried like a river and after that i laughed like crazy 😂 there was so many ups and downs in this story.
*Believe me please watch this video* 👍
true.....
The girl in the purple next to the boy is so caring, I feel like she could be his mom 🤧
watching feels like on rollercoaster omg at first laughing bcs he cuteee and then crying so hard when they tell about their parents and laughing again. i wish all the best for them. they're so brave and strong, live without their parents:(
and for their mother, im sorry but i hope she can't live in peace for leaving all of her children alone.
I had to cry. This is so sad. The second sister gave up her dream of going to college to take care of her siblings.
This is by far one of the hardest episodes I’ve watched my goodness may this family be protected. It’s soo beautiful they look out for one another however they are all just kids really.
When the little boy said that his sisters tie a string to the bathroom door so he can’t get out RAVI’s face was priceless
My heart is melting for their stories every one of them is having a hard time but the most one is the youngest I feel bad for them.
His reactions are so cute, especially when he found out about his friends ratting him out LOL
What do you guys think of starting up a GoFundMe for this family. I really feel for them and think its unfair their trying to make ends meet. Im sure a few 100 will go a long way for them.
yeah, that is a good idea
We have to do this
I wish we could, but I don’t know how it would reach the family, even if one was created.
I cried I was a mess they don’t deserve any of this 😭😭 I just hope they are there for each other always even if they fight or not they are siblings. They deserve there mother and I feel bad for all of them especially the boy he’s 12 he’s little still and doesn’t deserve to live this no child deserve to live this but sadly things and stories like this exist.
10:46 can you imagine how she gonna treats the younger brother at home! It's gonna hurt him! Why is the brother not going for those kind of classes as well to protect himself in future!
his sister doesnt allow
Okay but why did the mother move out like why would you just leave all your children and go and not even call them ??? Especially when one of them is like 12 and they don't have a father ??
his father pass away :(
@@Crissjb that...isn't a reason to abandon your kids
@@anak4600 .... I think Korean culture is one of the reasons to blame. Being a single parent is not that respected enough in Korea and losing her husband might made her afraid of her future... Thus, leaving her children along..
Or it could be that she found a man that loves her but might reject her if the man knew of her children, so she walk away
But yup, the mother is a coward leaving the kids..
FanGirl Yuuki why are you blaming korean culture for this? I think its more of a personal issue rather than like country issue or culture
@@haekkong120 korean culture is toxic many know that already
im thinking the same. how on earth the mom moved out from home where she still have teh kids . and even 12 years old. i seriously dont understand. please tell me someone why??
she moved out because the sisters were old enough to take care of him
jes She left when they were 20, 18, 17, 15, and 9. They are his sisters, not his mother. They shouldn’t be forced to parent their sibling. The mother is an awful person for leaving. Especially since they can not communicate with her. I can’t believe that you actually sound like you are justifying the mother’s actions.
@@志瑜杨 i was just explaining why she left i didnt say what she did was right lol
The fact that he remembered when they started to date and when they broke up is amazing!
I feel the second sister ..I'm the second child in my family too and I'm the head of my family too
His 2nd sister gave up her dream to support the family. She gain my utter respect. She is a year younger than me but is so responsible.
I love how the girl was giving her a hug then he was just like “Nah” and then she just pulled the kid closer
I'm so proud of them despite the difficulties they are loving each other and supporting each other. I wish this family the best they are all very cute.
This just made me hurt...
I understand sibling rivalry or joking but hearing about their parents, I hope they can band together and support each other. He has had to grow up so fast and he's a bright boy but I still understand his sisters how are too. They basically had to become like mothers to him too but are still young themselves.
Overall...this is a sad situation and I hope it gets better for them. I can tell that they truly love and care for each other through everything they have been through.
This made me cry, you can see how mature all the kids are, and how they vent their frustrations with each other. My heart breaks but they will grow as strong people, God bless them.
I wish the show gave them something special in the end bcuz they went through the hardships
My heart fallen for the second sister, she must gone through alot. while others who in the same age as her was enjoying good time in college such as studying so they can go after their dream, hanging out with their friends and probably dating with a boyfriend (college sweetheart) but she was struggling with life and taking car of her (siblings) family. I prayed that she will overcome these obstacles and May God repay her with prosperities in the future, married to a good husband - happy family as well as may all your dream come true :) >Aameen
Wahhh.. hong jing young is doing a great job playing 4 sisters characters at the intro. Love it. I got the goosebumps too 😆😆
When he started crying, I can tell he really wanted to say. Where is my mother? I want my mom.
This episode made me cry and laugh at the same time, bless this lovely siblings.
Okay, didn't expect to cry looking at the title. I remember the first time I saw my little brothers "love letters" and I showed it to my friends too HAHAHAHA but on a serious note, I hope things get better for them as a family. It was so difficult watching the 2nd eldest explain their situation in tears. I think she is amazing, doing all that at her age even though they have a living mother out there. Really makes your re-evaluate your life and be grateful for the blessing you have in life.
I cried... they are actually so precious like I wanna hug them. They really love one another and I hope dat whatever hardships they go through they will always stand by each other and live happily together💜💜💜
The production of this program should help these siblings financially.
Is it just me or Jinyoung is so sweet. I can't help it like ghad I saw an angel. Anyway, it's so hard to live without parents but really Jinyoung is so sweet ahahahah. Can't get over it
Every episode in hello counselor there will be one story that makes you cry 😢
Oh my heartttttt someone start up a fundraising page for them!
you mean for him not the other 3? because they just lazy and making excuses at least 2 of them do
nadia2883 in my opinion, they are all equally affected by their very unfortunate situation - having to deal with the absence of both parents with no reliable benefactor.

Honestly the sisters asking him to do errands isnt a concern. But whats more concerning is the fact that they lost their dad and the mom just abandoned them. Uhhh I feel bad for them.

everyone is talking about how sad this is or how mad they are at their mom while I’m here CACKLING at how it says “butt” on her shirt
just because you don't have money, that doesn't give you the right to abuse your brother. it doesn't matter who you lose in life or what you don't have, treating others (especially your family) is key.
when the kid said the 3rd sister used him for training, it made me remember my bf said his older brother uses him for training in Kendo. Now I think using people as training seems painful.
salute to the 2nd sister!! its hard carrying the role of being the head of the household and of both the parents...especially at such a young age...no one can't imagine hw heavy tat responsibility is!
This reminds me of the other boy who done the same thing with his sister and cousins. A.k.a the 6 devils
This is seriously heart breaking! Their father passed away and their mom left them one day just like that, like she did not even care if her kids will live or not. Thank God they turn out to be great kids. I can see that they care for each other despite little arguments here and there. But, oh my I was in tears, must be really hard for them without mom and dad, but they still smile and live happily. I hope their mom would regret it one day and come home.
He looks so cute I wanna hug him

I wonder why they (school-going children) r not under social services for financial assistance.
does that exist in South Korea? not every country has that.
@@camilagt5812 there isn't something like this in korea

@@qixli5431 There is financial assistance for people living under the poverty line in Korea. For school-aged children, it includes school fees + lunch, and if you choose to go to a public university, all of your tuition fees are covered by the government, but it's not a whole lot and obviously it's still hard to live off of just government assistance, kind of like how it's hard to live off of food stamps in US. The 2nd sister could theoretically go to college for free, but then she won't be able to make the kind of money she is making now to support her younger siblings.
