He had to have headhunter proced to get the one shot or really far away to get a 1 shot on reds(to restart head hunter). Pc master race aim and that's it. Although this would not scale up for 3 and more. The health pools would go to high to one shot that consistently. It looks like a cool build tho!
@@FinalFanatic92 it seems like an Aces and Eights build with a chest piece with Headhunter. A very high dmg build, with weapons such as the Nemesis you can get 55mil+ headshot dmg after a full buff. By PC Master Race he is reffering to being able to aim more freely with a mouse , especially when trying to get headshots in quick succession.
My aces build can do that using mantis, but I wanna know what sniper is that because doing it without scope is sick AF. My build has 6 reds, 4 aces, 2 aeraldi chest/backpack, head hunter and vigilance. Headshot damage on all parts.
Faye went rogue because she is running away from us. She knows she still owes us a beer and she wants it all to herself. If we get her, we get our beer. This whole rogue thing is just a distraction from the real mission: the beer is the light at the end of the tunnel.
Remember ellis said "I know I'm not the big fish in their pond and but if I wait they will keep me alive and feed"so there's someone higher up the chain she could be going for

Killing the president is another step away from taking down Black Tusk and the president was responsible for the existence of rogue agents. Finally she blamed the death of Ellis on the Division to buy herself time in order to succeed in her unknown plan. Just speculation but it makes sense in my mind. Hopefully she isn’t dead and we find out more.
She was definitely a double agent. In the recordings there were hints that someone is leaking Black Tusk information. It was clearly her. When she turned rouge I suspected that something has to be up. It was just very strange for her to turn rouge, very out of charachter. Now the question was is it because of poor storytelling? We cannot lie The Division 2 is pretty bad. The lore is really interesting but storytelling is just poor. And besides that I don't really know if Massive even know what they're doing. It always felt like they were just making stuff up along the way. Hunter working for Black Tusk seemed this way. They don't even know what's the deal with them, they just make stuff up as the game goes. Villains of the game are really weak too. Too much good guys/bad guys kind of deal. The Division is good and everyone else is evil. It should be more of a grey area. The villain should make sense, but they're just evil. Just like Keener. He would be a great villain if not for the fact he's just evil and crazy. Blow shit up with Eclipse? Really? Give me a break.

A recent Reddit post from Massive asked the community what they would want in The Division 2, and that’s for both content AND story. This worries me, as it makes me believe they didn’t even have a back-up plan/continuation to the story. I hope I’m wrong, because there’s still so much that can be explored, even just with Black Tusk. I hope they don’t screw it up. The narrative is one of my favorite parts of this franchise.
i think the community manager has no more access to the potential stories than the rest of us. The writers some times don't even share the future of the stories with the publishers or deverlopers
For a tpp tier agent I don't blame her it takes huge amount of commitment to become a double agent and label yourself with a death sentence just to take down an enemy.
I'm sticking around until the final update. I'm not angry at Lau for going rogue. She lost her sister, because of the JTF's lack of resources and also because of Ellis. I'd honestly join Schaeffer if I had the chance. I'm patriotic too, like him.
sadly, the people pulling Schaeffer strings are "patriotic" to a different group of people and he does not even know it because they have been pulling the right strings. In the end everyone is being played since the people behind everyone are most likely the one who set up the Division to recruit all these mentally unstable people so they easily go rogue, sabotage the USA supplies so they will not be prepared for the Outbreak, murdered all doctors and scientist that came close to finding a cure, and etc.
Recalling her interrogation with 'Circe', she reiterates that the Division is supposed to be independent and to think for themselves and find solutions without being controlled by others. While noble that statement has undoubtedly been put to the limit even on Faye Lau, as has been demonstrated by so many other Rogue Agents who chose to break this oath to serve other factions whether that's the Last Man Battalion, Aaron Keener, or Black Tusk. Or even some who joined none of those groups, but decided to go off-mission for their own reasons. But no organization even as well-equipped or granted such powers like the SHD is immune to corruption. Perhaps Theo Parnell isn't wrong about the extent of the corruption within the SHD, and as noted by Dragov about the disproportionate number of agents assigned to the Lower Manhattan financial district seemingly to protect the rich instead of other places and peoples. While that is asking much of a few to protect the many, even Faye must have realized that the Division has been too constrained by their mission and for the remaining Agents who are held back from doing more because of the consequence of being flagged by ISAC and designated a traitor to be hunted down.
I know you're not the only one that does Div lore, but this is the channel I go to when I need to catch up. I got burned out after season 3 and haven't done this one, so here I am. =) Your contributions to the community are deep, as are my thanks for your devotion to the series.
She lives, and I like her again. Whenever they bring new content, they will have to show us more of the hunters, and why they have so much animosity towards Division agents. I hope if they do a third game, it is more MMORPG, and no more silent protagonist.
It looks like the cut scene was pulled late, as they decided to add one last drop of content. The cut was scene was supposed to be the end of Div 2 and leading into Div 3, so makes sense they did. It could of been managed better but oh well.
I think the numbers did poorly so funding was cut at the last quarter leaving a skeleton crew to patch together the bare minimum of what they were legally contracted to do. The player base who have been on the 5 year journey were left in the cold and they disgraced the Clancy name. Cool video though. You should be a writer.
I am working toward a sense of closure or at least more incite on Faye Lau. While I am disappointed with how massive handled her character, your video is better than the very mission to hunt and eliminate her. Thank you. Also I appreciate the effort agent. Stay alive!

NGN, what I love about your videos is that it makes me think critically about things that arent obvious at first glance, and I think along as I watch the video. Halfway thru watching this episode, I also suddenly thought of the possibility of faye trying to dismantle the BT from the inside, and announcing that Division killed Ellis is to try to push all remaining BT units over the edge and risk their own lives to take out the agent, and weaken BT assets even more . I am glad I was right about the first part. Lastly, I appreciate you thinking about how they might have cut the ending. I initially lost so much hope that I didn't bother doing the manhunt, coz I was sick of the ending. Your speculation gave me hope that there is still more to come. Thank you.
I've been saying since she first joined black tusk....Faye was a double agent and she didn't reveal her actions to anyone. I also don't believe she is dead, like Schaeffer, and we'll end up working with them both in the upcoming seasons.
So those last two messages confirms she never really went rogue. Only pretended to to get close enough to shoot that traitor Ellis. So basically she is the Boss from MGS 3 like I always suspected. Never lost faith in Faye. I still gunned her as down like a dog with no mercy but I understand her mindset. It was my job and as hard as it was for me it hunt her down she had to be put down.

I'm with you on that Faye never really went rogue and just did what was necessary to bring down Elis and the Black Tusk but couldn't count on anyone to help her. I would add though, that she sees ISAC as flawed ai, specially after what Keener and his agents managed to do and that it is not a "smart" enough system to deal with the complexity of the situation. Idk man, I think ISAC as an ai is just too dumb to read in between the lines.
i doubt the whole undercover thing, i think lau seemed to have absolute conviction that the black tusk was the answer. Her sister was pretty much the nail in the coffin, her sister was the only connection she had to the mission and this world and that was gone. She took that as a reminder that the division couldn't protect her and if they were more well equipped like black tusk she could've saved her
Theres still unresolved issues though. Yeah icing Ellis is still venegeance for ordering the JTF pullbacks and betraying the first wave, but theres a lingering CoC issue since the black tusk intended to use Ellis as a president unifying figure. Even the alien post apocalypse tv show Falling Skies still had a president. And theres the circe/viper audio log to reconcile with Fayes last words to Benitez. Who else couldve been the mole leaking data to the division to hamstring the Black Tusk ops at the pentagon and elsewhere?

I think lot of people were unhappy as massive decided to end Keener and since they have ended keener , pve part do not have that main antagonist so this time they are bulding Fay to recover the mistake they did with Keener’s character. Thanks for this video. Before I could finished this season's manhunt, I was already seeing negative responses in social media regarding this mission's finish. Playing through, I actually enjoyed the mission - its urgency and then Lau assassinating the president - such a great shock (I sat there for a minute while her boat scrambled away). I noticed Kelso had her statement about why did Faye have to do this and where could they go from here and to come back to base. It was disappointing to see no finishing cutscene as at first I thought that was indicative of Ubisoft Massive cutting support for Division 2, however I appreciate and agree with your take on why there wasn't the cutscene. One thing I also noticed - and it could maybe only a glitch on my end - you could not visit the vendor portion of Paul Rhodes or Roy Benitez until you activated a nearby "Talk" prompt. I thought maybe there was some dialogue that was also cut in regards to Faye Lau.
They kinda started giving us hints at Hunter lore with season 3 since that was the first time Hunters actually played a role in the story and it’s implied that Natalia Sokolova is tied with the Hunters since in season 3 she’s the one the gave the Hunter to Bardon Scheaffer in the final mission Natalia is a pretty major person, being the possible leader of Black Tusk as a whole and having something to do with the Hunters so i’d assume we’d get some focus on her which would be Black Tusk and Hunter related hopefully
Faye knew what she's doing, and she knew the risks too. I don't think she's died tho. Maybe the Division left her dead, or captured her. Both of them is an option, but I do belive that she somehow survived the fight
@@Aristocratic13 Hornet was actually dead but got revived by another rogue agent on Keener’s team shortly after we left the scene So maybe there could’ve been someone lurking in the shadows to revive Faye after we left, if she even died to begin with

Even in the audio clip Keener carried/brought him to Saturn or Mercury or whatever. He was even conscious during the clip because he was talking to Keener afterwards

Yo they updated it now they say she is deceased when you kill her but she could be still alive though idk if remember Syphon filter series they always said if they didn’t retrieve the body the person is still alive Mara Aramov survived until Syphon filter 4 at the very end she gets killed in the end credits by the aft you play as on the secret mission you have to unlock doing mp missions online on ps2 and when you beat the mission as the sgt you the neck crack stealth kill perk which helped me beat the game without coder breaker or game shark codes lol those were the days
I hypothesize that she was a double agent...cold war style and what we thought we merked was really a hologram....she was in possession of Theo's watch.....and she will factor into the next chapter once again a shd agent
My theory: Faye and a Kelso were both working undercover to assuage the BTSU. (Spoilers) Here’s why: 1) Checkout this seasons trailer. It showed a cinematic scene of a Faye surrendering to Agents. 2) Faye’s audio clips definitely point to her having her own agenda against the BTSU 3) Krestel speculated that Kelso was going to meet up with Faye in a audio clip 4) Faye is the only one connecting the dots on the Sokolov conspiracy 5) Kelso has a background of working with the CIA (they do shady black op shit) 6) Faye has a background of working with the NSA (they do shady spying shit) 7) BTSU has someone leaking info 8) Faye was clapping Viper’s cheeks but then started clapping Alicia’s... and once you go black... lol #8 I was joking but With all that being said I can see an ex-CIA personnel plotting a secret plan to undermine the BTSU with Faye. Kelso was also really pressed to end Faye on that mission too. I hope Faye is not dead, I mean a Hornet was declared dead but came back. One thing NGN that might be of interest is how Faye mentioned Eval when fighting her. I could be wrong but on some of the audio clips of Agents getting eval one of the guys sounded like Shaeffers boss. Also the woman who gives advice to Hornet sounded like Natalia.

I don't think Faye Lau is our typical Rogue agent. I think after everything she's lost, everything she's experienced since New York, she's taking matters into her own hands. In a way, Faye Lau is going to be the new Aaron Keener. But instead of following directly in Keener's footsteps, she's going to use her time to do what she thinks is necessary to take down the SHD and anyone else that may be in her way. After losing everything, Faye is taking back the one thing she can. Control.

The thing is with Faye we see her based on the information given and it is not a good look. Trying to blame the Division after the president’s death after she became disillusioned and joined a faction whose leader is a Russian. This being after the turning point being her sister‘s death which in my opinion was stupid. Hell’s Kitchen in the game was told be a notoriously and to allow her to stray that far as their grip was weakening is her fault in my opinion. Instead of getting to stay in a position that is in her view given how stretched they were she blames the JTF. She has been the commander from the start of the second wave’s arrival and as such knows their capabilities. In these situations you don’t continue to stretch yourself but retreat and save what you can to recover and eventually retake loss ground so you don’t loose it all. Sure, this won’t be a popular choice but it’ll be necessary. If they did it then they can do it again. Though I was confused upon finding out that the Division got in that predicament. I mean how did we in Manhattan started going undermanned when we defeated all the factions and they were forced to combine? I know that Keener returned to New York but it seems drastic. With us we came in with the training, the gadgets, and the leadership to do it while we dismantled theirs.
@@ulyssespulido9556 the video makes a good point Faye could very likely be a double agent which is implied in the apology tapes, she didn’t truly join Black Tusk she just used them to accomplish what needed to be done, her blaming the president’s death on the Division could very likely have been to not blow her cover because if the Black Tusk had known it was her they would’ve also started trying to kill her for betraying them And i think partially what pushed her to go rogue wasn’t her sister’s death alone but in a prior audio log Faye’s sister tries to tell her that she doesn’t need the Division to do good she can do good just being herself, and Faye probably decided it was time to take her sister’s advice and stop letting the Division hold her back But her story is kind of all over the place right now, there’s evidence that supports her being good and evidence that may possibly support her being bad. In all honesty, i really don't know what to expect. The ending if the season was a disappointment and I cant see a way to introduce an interesting expansion with the story moving forwards. Hopefully, the devs do. Great video!
Im saying this because everything, even this ending has just confirmed or added to my theory. Faye is/was the smartest agent we had. She effectively became top dog of a weakened and resourcefully deteriorating BTSU after choosing to do whatever it takes to stop this mess progressing. Sokolova was already on the edge of witnessing total failure in her assets. Even a personal loss of losing her brother 'Kestrel'. She now has no active field commander to recover the Black Tusk position. Rogue agents are still in play across the country, those loyal to SHD have now solidified a front in New York and DC. And Schaeffer, Sokolova's key commander and now possible undoing has been compromised. Her last useful tool was legitimacy, through President Ellis, her last chance to rally assets politically. Faye probably thought that she finally brought the chaos to an end. The final threat to national security, the final turncoat in her mind has now been dealt with. She was willing to cross the shadow handler of the new order to complete her mission in a way not monitored by the remaining SHD. This is it. In my theory The third wave hunter cells will be confirmed are now most likely gonna be activated to start a SHD kill list. Sokolova will now expose herself, along with the agents she compromised and suppressed to be her sword. This is where we find out the real motive of the rogue agents and just how on the money Keener was about everything. The ultimate traitor is the next part of the story. Mark my words
TD2 lost me right around the time before access to NYC opened up. Thanks for these great story updates. I think part of the problem at Massive is that Ubisoft assigned them the task of making a Star Wars open world game some time ago. So Massive had to retool its resources toward that and away from TD2.

The D1 agent wouldn't approve of taking her down. She saved that agent. This would have been a good chance to have the d1 agent appear and help capture her or otherwise stop her Faye did nothing wrong. As far as I'm concerned she was never off mission.

9:17 -- 11:47 I was kind of bummed she didn't have a message for us agents. After all we were there from the beginning with her, and did all the dirty work in New York, even locating, and getting her sister to safety. Cleaning the streets, and taking out rikers, and cleaner leaders. Then after getting the call to come help in Washington she needed us again so we went back to New York, and once again helped clean up the streets of the factions, and track down, and eliminate a lot of their leaders, including the man himself Keener. Not losing any sleep over it, but just thought we deserved a thanks for everything agent, or something you know. Oh well.

I strongly believe BOTH keener and lau arent generic bad guy. especially in the tom clancy's setting. they both are just good people that forced to do bad thing. and to this day we still didnt have whole conclusion of keener's TRUE motive. he's always have farcry's antagonist kind of vibe.

I hope in division 3,if they make a division 3, we get an option to turn rouge and either be a lone wolf rouge or join BTSU. If I had the option myself in a real world scenario, I would definitely go rouge. The division's mission would fail so hard irl

It was very disappointing how it ended with Faye Lau. I was mad there wasn't any cut seen or anything and very mad because I was hell bent on Stabbing her in her good eye.

It always felt like they were just making stuff up along the way. Hunter working for Black Tusk seemed this way. They don't even know what's the deal with them, they just make stuff up as the game goes. Villains of the game are really weak too. Too much good guys/bad guys kind of deal. The Division is good and everyone else is evil. It should be more of a grey area. The villain should make sense, but they're just evil. Just like Keener. He would be a great villain if not for the fact he's just evil and crazy. Blow shit up with Eclipse? Really? Give me a break.

A recent Reddit post from Massive asked the community what they would want in The Division 2, and that’s for both content AND story. This worries me, as it makes me believe they didn’t even have a back-up plan/continuation to the story. I hope I’m wrong, because there’s still so much that can be explored, even just with Black Tusk. I hope they don’t screw it up. The narrative is one of my favorite parts of this franchise.

I'm not angry at Lau for going rogue. She lost her sister, because of the JTF's lack of resources and also because of Ellis. I'd honestly join Schaeffer if I had the chance. I'm patriotic too, like him.
sadly, the people pulling Schaeffer strings are "patriotic" to a different group of people and he does not even know it because they have been pulling the right strings.
In the end everyone is being played since the people behind everyone are most likely the one who set up the Division to recruit all these mentally unstable people so they easily go rogue, sabotage the USA supplies so they will not be prepared for the Outbreak, murdered all doctors and scientist that came close to finding a cure, and etc.

Recalling her interrogation with 'Circe', she reiterates that the Division is supposed to be independent and to think for themselves and find solutions without being controlled by others. While noble that statement has undoubtedly been put to the limit even on Faye Lau, as has been demonstrated by so many other Rogue Agents who chose to break this oath to serve other factions whether that's the Last Man Battalion, Aaron Keener, or Black Tusk. Or even some who joined none of those groups, but decided to go off-mission for their own reasons.
But no organization even as well-equipped or granted such powers like the SHD is immune to corruption. Perhaps Theo Parnell isn't wrong about the extent of the corruption within the SHD, and as noted by Dragov about the disproportionate number of agents assigned to the Lower Manhattan financial district seemingly to protect the rich instead of other places and peoples.
While that is asking much of a few to protect the many, even Faye must have realized that the Division has been too constrained by their mission and for the remaining Agents who are held back from doing more because of the consequence of being flagged by ISAC and designated a traitor to be hunted down.
Faye still owes me a drink when all this is over...

I know you're not the only one that does Div lore, but this is the channel I go to when I need to catch up. I got burned out after season 3 and haven't done this one, so here I am. =) Your contributions to the community are deep, as are my thanks for your devotion to the series.
She lives, and I like her again. Whenever they bring new content, they will have to show us more of the hunters, and why they have so much animosity towards Division agents. I hope if they do a third game, it is more MMORPG, and no more silent protagonist.

It looks like the cut scene was pulled late, as they decided to add one last drop of content. The cut was scene was supposed to be the end of Div 2 and leading into Div 3, so makes sense they did. It could of been managed better but oh well.

I think the numbers did poorly so funding was cut at the last quarter leaving a skeleton crew to patch together the bare minimum of what they were legally contracted to do. The player base who have been on the 5 year journey were left in the cold and they disgraced the Clancy name. Cool video though. You should be a writer.

It's simple. ISAC didn't confirm her death like it always does. She isn't dead. She didn't stand a chance as an antagonist against Keener though.
If she truly isn't dead, I always believed that she was playing along as a rogue to take down Keener & Ellis. She's always been loyal to the cause of saving her home state & the country since the 1st game.
NGN, what I love about your videos is that it makes me think critically about things that arent obvious at first glance, and I think along as I watch the video.
Halfway thru watching this episode, I also suddenly thought of the possibility of faye trying to dismantle the BT from the inside, and announcing that Division killed Ellis is to try to push all remaining BT units over the edge and risk their own lives to take out the agent, and weaken BT assets even more . I am glad I was right about the first part.
Lastly, I appreciate you thinking about how they might have cut the ending. I initially lost so much hope that I didn't bother doing the manhunt, coz I was sick of the ending. Your speculation gave me hope that there is still more to come. Thank you.

I've been saying since she first joined black tusk....Faye was a double agent and she didn't reveal her actions to anyone. I also don't believe she is dead, like Schaeffer, and we'll end up working with them both in the upcoming seasons.

So those last two messages confirms she never really went rogue. Only pretended to to get close enough to shoot that traitor Ellis. So basically she is the Boss from MGS 3 like I always suspected. Never lost faith in Faye. I still gunned her as down like a dog with no mercy but I understand her mindset. It was my job and as hard as it was for me it hunt her down she had to be put down.

I'm with you on that Faye never really went rogue and just did what was necessary to bring down Elis and the Black Tusk but couldn't count on anyone to help her. I would add though, that she sees ISAC as flawed ai, specially after what Keener and his agents managed to do and that it is not a "smart" enough system to deal with the complexity of the situation. Idk man, I think ISAC as an ai is just too dumb to read in between the lines.
i doubt the whole undercover thing, i think lau seemed to have absolute conviction that the black tusk was the answer. Her sister was pretty much the nail in the coffin, her sister was the only connection she had to the mission and this world and that was gone. She took that as a reminder that the division couldn't protect her and if they were more well equipped like black tusk she could've saved her
Theres still unresolved issues though. Yeah icing Ellis is still venegeance for ordering the JTF pullbacks and betraying the first wave, but theres a lingering CoC issue since the black tusk intended to use Ellis as a president unifying figure.
Even the alien post apocalypse tv show Falling Skies still had a president.
And theres the circe/viper audio log to reconcile with Fayes last words to Benitez.
Who else couldve been the mole leaking data to the division to hamstring the Black Tusk ops at the pentagon and elsewhere?

I think lot of people were unhappy as massive decided to end Keener and since they have ended keener , pve part do not have that main antagonist so this time they are bulding Fay to recover the mistake they did with Keener’s character.

Thanks for this video. Before I could finished this season's manhunt, I was already seeing negative responses in social media regarding this mission's finish. Playing through, I actually enjoyed the mission - its urgency and then Lau assassinating the president - such a great shock (I sat there for a minute while her boat scrambled away). I noticed Kelso had her statement about why did Faye have to do this and where could they go from here and to come back to base. It was disappointing to see no finishing cutscene as at first I thought that was indicative of Ubisoft Massive cutting support for Division 2, however I appreciate and agree with your take on why there wasn't the cutscene. One thing I also noticed - and it could maybe only a glitch on my end - you could not visit the vendor portion of Paul Rhodes or Roy Benitez until you activated a nearby "Talk" prompt. I thought maybe there was some dialogue that was also cut in regards to Faye Lau.

They kinda started giving us hints at Hunter lore with season 3 since that was the first time Hunters actually played a role in the story and it’s implied that Natalia Sokolova is tied with the Hunters since in season 3 she’s the one the gave the Hunter to Bardon Scheaffer in the final mission
Natalia is a pretty major person, being the possible leader of Black Tusk as a whole and having something to do with the Hunters so i’d assume we’d get some focus on her which would be Black Tusk and Hunter related hopefully
Faye knew what she's doing, and she knew the risks too. I don't think she's died tho. Maybe the Division left her dead, or captured her. Both of them is an option, but I do belive that she somehow survived the fight

Even in the audio clip Keener carried/brought him to Saturn or Mercury or whatever. He was even conscious during the clip because he was talking to Keener afterwards

Sorry Lau, I’d join the black tusk with you if I could, but every time I try to hand one of their patrols a job application they start shooting me! I assume it’s some sort of combat test, but either they haven’t found the time to tell me my results, or I just keep failing them!
Yo they updated it now they say she is deceased when you kill her but she could be still alive though idk if remember Syphon filter series they always said if they didn’t retrieve the body the person is still alive Mara Aramov survived until Syphon filter 4 at the very end she gets killed in the end credits by the aft you play as on the secret mission you have to unlock doing mp missions online on ps2 and when you beat the mission as the sgt you the neck crack stealth kill perk which helped me beat the game without coder breaker or game shark codes lol those were the days
I hypothesize that she was a double agent...cold war style and what we thought we merked was really a hologram....she was in possession of Theo's watch.....and she will factor into the next chapter once again a shd agent

My theory: Faye and a Kelso were both working undercover to assuage the BTSU. (Spoilers) Here’s why:
1) Checkout this seasons trailer. It showed a cinematic scene of a Faye surrendering to Agents.
2) Faye’s audio clips definitely point to her having her own agenda against the BTSU
3) Krestel speculated that Kelso was going to meet up with Faye in a audio clip
4) Faye is the only one connecting the dots on the Sokolov conspiracy
5) Kelso has a background of working with the CIA (they do shady black op shit)
6) Faye has a background of working with the NSA (they do shady spying shit)
7) BTSU has someone leaking info
8) Faye was clapping Viper’s cheeks but then started clapping Alicia’s... and once you go black... lol
#8 I was joking but With all that being said I can see an ex-CIA personnel plotting a secret plan to undermine the BTSU with Faye. Kelso was also really pressed to end Faye on that mission too. I hope Faye is not dead, I mean a Hornet was declared dead but came back. One thing NGN that might be of interest is how Faye mentioned Eval when fighting her. I could be wrong but on some of the audio clips of Agents getting eval one of the guys sounded like Shaeffers boss. Also the woman who gives advice to Hornet sounded like Natalia.
I forgot about what Kristen said about Kelso being the potential escort. It would make things interesting. like they had a plan originally but Faye deviated to what we got.

I don't think Faye Lau is our typical Rogue agent. I think after everything she's lost, everything she's experienced since New York, she's taking matters into her own hands. In a way, Faye Lau is going to be the new Aaron Keener. But instead of following directly in Keener's footsteps, she's going to use her time to do what she thinks is necessary to take down the SHD and anyone else that may be in her way. After losing everything, Faye is taking back the one thing she can. Control.
Not every rogue went with Keener or went rogue. I imagine some continued their job but not under ISAC. After all there is more than New York and DC.

@@NeonTheWolf That point has been reiterated times before. Yes, some agents may not be bad but saw that they can do things differently. The thing is with Faye we see her based on the information given and it is not a good look. Trying to blame the Division after the president’s death after she became disillusioned and joined a faction whose leader is a Russian. This being after the turning point being her sister‘s death which in my opinion was stupid. Hell’s Kitchen in the game was told be a notoriously and to allow her to stray that far as their grip was weakening is her fault in my opinion. Instead of getting to stay in a position that is in her view given how stretched they were she blames the JTF. She has been the commander from the start of the second wave’s arrival and as such knows their capabilities. In these situations you don’t continue to stretch yourself but retreat and save what you can to recover and eventually retake loss ground so you don’t loose it all. Sure, this won’t be a popular choice but it’ll be necessary. If they did it then they can do it again. Though I was confused upon finding out that the Division got in that predicament. I mean how did we in Manhattan started going undermanned when we defeated all the factions and they were forced to combine? I know that Keener returned to New York but it seems drastic. With us we came in with the training, the gadgets, and the leadership to do it while we dismantled theirs.

Faye could very likely be a double agent which is implied in the apology tapes, she didn’t truly join Black Tusk she just used them to accomplish what needed to be done, her blaming the president’s death on the Division could very likely have been to not blow her cover because if the Black Tusk had known it was her they would’ve also started trying to kill her for betraying them
And i think partially what pushed her to go rogue wasn’t her sister’s death alone but in a prior audio log Faye’s sister tries to tell her that she doesn’t need the Division to do good she can do good just being herself, and Faye probably decided it was time to take her sister’s advice and stop letting the Division hold her back
But her story is kind of all over the place right now, there’s evidence that supports her being good and evidence that may possibly support her being bad. We’ll just have to see in the future how they’ll take the story
I said it once I’ll say it again something bigger is going on, black tusk shd it’s all part of some bigger plan Keener found out about it or some part of it and that what led him to doing what he did, he told Parnell about it and he went looking for himself and remember what he said Isac has a dark side that no one knew about it, then remember under the pentagon when Bardon and other BL were taking about how the BL and the division were supplied by the same benefactors, so whoever is working behind the scenes needs the division out of the way so after keener was taken care of Fay lau took his spot so all in all were all pawns

In all honesty, i really don't know what to expect. The ending if the season was a disappointment and I cant see a way to introduce an interesting expansion with the story moving forwards. Hopefully, the devs do. Great video!
The only redeeming quality about Lau's manhunt is that NGN makes a video about her...
Im saying this because everything, even this ending has just confirmed or added to my theory. Faye is/was the smartest agent we had. She effectively became top dog of a weakened and resourcefully deteriorating BTSU after choosing to do whatever it takes to stop this mess progressing. Sokolova was already on the edge of witnessing total failure in her assets. Even a personal loss of losing her brother 'Kestrel'. She now has no active field commander to recover the Black Tusk position. Rogue agents are still in play across the country, those loyal to SHD have now solidified a front in New York and DC. And Schaeffer, Sokolova's key commander and now possible undoing has been compromised. Her last useful tool was legitimacy, through President Ellis, her last chance to rally assets politically. Faye probably thought that she finally brought the chaos to an end. The final threat to national security, the final turncoat in her mind has now been dealt with. She was willing to cross the shadow handler of the new order to complete her mission in a way not monitored by the remaining SHD.
This is it. In my theory The third wave hunter cells will be confirmed are now most likely gonna be activated to start a SHD kill list.
Sokolova will now expose herself, along with the agents she compromised and suppressed to be her sword. This is where we find out the real motive of the rogue agents and just how on the money Keener was about everything.
The ultimate traitor is the next part of the story. Mark my words

TD2 lost me right around the time before access to NYC opened up. Thanks for these great story updates. I think part of the problem at Massive is that Ubisoft assigned them the task of making a Star Wars open world game some time ago. So Massive had to retool its resources toward that and away from TD2.

9:17 -- 11:47 I was kind of bummed she didn't have a message for us agents. After all we were there from the beginning with her, and did all the dirty work in New York, even locating, and getting her sister to safety. Cleaning the streets, and taking out rikers, and cleaner leaders. Then after getting the call to come help in Washington she needed us again so we went back to New York, and once again helped clean up the streets of the factions, and track down, and eliminate a lot of their leaders, including the man himself Keener. Not losing any sleep over it, but just thought we deserved a thanks for everything agent, or something you know. Oh well.

I hope in division 3,if they make a division 3, we get an option to turn rouge and either be a lone wolf rouge or join BTSU. If I had the option myself in a real world scenario, I would definitely go rouge. The division's mission would fail so hard irl

She did the right thing I don’t fault her at all.
It would’ve been so cool if you were the same agent from d1 and when you hunt down faye, she
tries manipulating you with emotions and to think about the past and what they’ve been through during the fight
When I head those apology coms my mind went straight to mgs3 the boss

It was very disappointing how it ended with Faye Lau. I was mad there wasn't any cut seen or anything and very mad because I was hell bent on Stabbing her in her good eye.
