I memorize 3 lines every day (from a 15 line Mushaf). First I read through the 3 lines 30 to 40 times with great concentration and also paying attention to which word ends a line and which word begins a line. This way I know where I am in the line when I recite it from memory. After reading it 30 to 40 times with my eyes, I already know the 3 lines by heart. Then I repeat these 3 lines 100 times from memory. This whole process takes about 45 to 60 minutes. About 15 minutes for reading 30 to 40 times with my eyes and then about 30 to 45 minutes from memory. The next day I repeat these 3 lines 20 times from memory. From the 3rd day to the 20th day, I repeat these 3 lines 3 times a day. Then from the 21st day to the 35th day once a day. After that, these 3 lines go into my revision cycle (long-term memory)
Wow masha'Allah! That's a very detailed process! I like the idea of paying attention to which word ends a line and which one begins a line. That's an excellent way to make sure the ayahs stay in your mind and also a great way to connect the ayahs. Knowing how each ayah should begin and end makes it easier to know which ayah comes next. Thanks for sharing!

@@Death_is_sure Masha'Allah, may Allah give us the strength to become true people of the Qur'an. Amin Yes, what you said is absolutely true. That's why I decided to memorize "only" 3 lines a day. I could easily memorize half a page or 1 page, but I want to take small steps because then it has a different effect on the heart, you can think and reflect on the verses more and repeat them more often. Also, you don't feel so overloaded. All in all, it takes about 8 years, but in that time you have already repeated the verses so often that what you have memorized is very solid. For example, for me the 3 Ajza that I have memorized feel like 3 small Suras, such as Sura Al-Ikhlas, Sura Al-Falaq and Sura An-Nas. So it's really very solid, Alhamdulillah. I would really recommend this to anyone who wants to take it slow and also has other responsibilities e.g. as a mother, father, student etc.
Every verse 33 times Then 2 verses together 33 times Half page 33 times Second half 33 times Whole page 33 times Last verse with the 1st verse on the next page together 33 times
Also very important read the Quran meaning daily 2-3 pages it’s a reminder of what to avoid and what to do so remind your self it’s a guidance from Allah we need to read and under stand his guidance daily
JazakAllah khair for this step-by-step, very clear and inshAllah I plan to use it. May Allah accept this in your book of deeds and a khair for you. Ameen!

It depends tbh on your ability and time. I know people that are able to memorize 3 pages in one day but they stick to 2 to keep the memorization strong. On UA-cam there is a brother who talks about his experience in memorizing the whole Quran in 3 months. But for that u have to do nothing but Quran day and night. The best way to do it without getting burned out is to start of with what is manageable. My teacher made me start with 3 lines then 5 and now I’m at 9 which is a big more then half a page. Also I recommend not to focus on finishing fast because you will end up forgetting A lot. And the best thing you can do is find a teacher. Having a physical teacher is realistically the best way to memorize the Quran
