Unfortunately I'm pretty sure mine are about too far gone, once I sell my kidney for some steele rubber brand weather stripping I'll try to keep the cleaning idea in mind.

say what? steel band weather stripping? i always figured once it's gone your fucked since they are special form fitted shape, at least on the astro cargo. they aren't' hollow like more cars so you can't stuff them with foam cord to get more life out of them.

when power washing at home we aim for the door gaps to help rinse that area out, granted most cars aren't already leaking like a siiv.
