This video is regarding the working mechanism of M-16 anti-personnel landmine. This video is created for educational purpose. we don't support firearms.
You should do one on the prom-1 anti-personnel mine. Similar, but arguably the most deadly mine in history. Lead to banning bounding mines outright. The fuse is a tilt/pressure fuse. If you need documentation, I'm ex military and might help
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm thrilled you enjoyed the video. Please feel free to check out my other videos and share your feedback there too. Your thoughts and support are greatly appreciated
Thank you for your interest! This video was not created using simulation software; instead, it is an animation made with 3D modeling software. There are numerous 3D software options available that can achieve similar results, each with its own set of features and tools. I hope this clarifies your query. Also, I'd love for you to check out my other videos and share your feedback. It would be greatly appreciated
Thanks for your comment! You're right, the use of jumping mines in war is indeed subject to international law and often debated for their ethical implications. Great observation! Also, if you're interested in similar topics, I'd love for you to check out my other videos and share your thoughts. Your feedback is highly appreciated
No, the time delay will expire and go off. It might not bound but will blow you up because of the type of primary fuze. Now a prom-1 might not detonate because it has a tethered primary fuze but it does have a significant amount of upward force so it is iffy. Besides they have a press/tilt fuze so you aren't likely to step on it. The type of fuze you are referring to is a pressure release fuze. They make an audible click and are designed to slow down a larger force during a retreat (if he steps off, one down. If not, 2 or 3 down to disarm it). Mostly used by special forces decades ago. Now obsolete and replaced by electronic mines with multiple tripwire hookups and programmable sensory triggers. So, you watch too many movies. Mines don't click so one soldier can save the platoon but it makes a good script. Just like elevators don't fall and you can't light gasoline with a cigarette. Watch some myth busters lol. I don't think they did those.
Thanks for mentioning the S mine! I'll try to cover it in a future video. Meanwhile, feel free to check out my other content and share your thoughts. Your feedback is valuable!
Appreciate your feedback! The song choice was meant to add a unique contrast to the video, but we understand your point. We'll consider this in future selections. Thanks! 🎵
@@user-qy9kr7um9r ohh, you are absolutely right sir. This is the most deadliest landmine I think you were talking about me for my channel, that my channel won't survive

LOL, perfect explanation but the cheerful "How Its Made" music in the background of a lethal and effective anti-personnel device just killed me. 😂😂
😂
That initial animation is why DISPERSION is important!
The same as the German S Mine developed 1940
You are right sir, there is only some minor differences.
Ty for the explanation…

The Soviet antipersonnel mine - OZM 72 is much simpler.
You're absolutely right sir.
I'll also try to make video on that.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Can you tell me what software you used to simulate the mines in the video? Thanks

Why would you choose Cindy Lauper's "Girls just want to have fun" as the music for this video?
