Seriously, that is one of my pet peeves with the game so far. The first 20' is ok but by the time I usually get it I have mk 3 or 4 16 or 17 inch guns which have performed better consistently for me. Honestly, I just wish there was an option that you could choose if wanted an end date to the campaign or not, just so you could actually conquer the world and actually use the late game techs in the campaign.
One of the defining laws of Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts; Given enough time in the game and enough budget from the nation, a player will always make a 20 inch battleship.
You should always make sure you have an up-to-date super battleship once you reach 1940. Cases like this, where the AI surprises you, and just adds armor.
Petition: if a ship surrenders and you win without it sinking, you should get the ship back, however it will need repairs and crew training will go down 2 levels. The other team will also get 1/2 the normal victory points (Note: if the battle results in a draw you do not get the ship back)
if a ship is surrendered on either side and the player wins, it should be reduced to 1% structural and be returned mothballed (or with recruit crew) - and you get the blueprint of it (as if it was a peacedeal boat) if the battle is a loss (enemy victory) it should go to them with the same debuff.
It appears to me that a common occurrence is that when your sail ships towards the enemy in order to launch torpedoes at them that as soon as you pass the enemy ships such that you are (in terms of firing arc) behind them that they turn "back" towards your ships causing your torpedoes to miss. Perhaps if you were to turn your torpedo ships around so as to be heading more or less the same direction as the ships they are launching torpedoes at the enemy might not turn to cause your torpedoes to miss.
I hope someone will answer this. I am fascinated by the Anglo-German naval race from the introduction of HMS Dreadnaught to the end of the war. Will the game allow me to make some minor but significant changes to the German fleet and refight that campaign? Nothing crazy and I would only design ships that were planned, with minor changes. My battlecruisers would in effect be fast battleships. Thanks and this looks like a great game😊
sucks to hear you have money problems... i'm only 15 so all i can give is my non rent-paying love, sorry. i hope the channel gets a new surge of popularity, maybe with the multiplayer DLC?
Stealth, is your wife selling arts&crafts supplies or finished art and crafts of her how making? And, does she have an online store front that we can help you promote to the world?
She has a store for supplies. She also offers workshops etc. She does have a webshop but it's all in Dutch. I really appreciate that you offer to promote it but she needs local clients
Stealth i may know how to earn some money just if you want to hear it. I want to help you becouse i really like your content so much. It brings me joy in my life.
Ah yes the tradition continues of making 20inch battleships that are almost never used before the campaign ends
Yeah late game you're better off cheesing the build queue for way faster build times

When you were refitting the Cursed Fish there were moments you hit the magic pixel to get a barbet behind the A turret.
I saw that too, he could have had 3 turrets up front.
the super cursed fish

Lol accurate
Earlier in this campaign I never would have guessed the Italians would be the nation to push you and sink the most of your ships
RIP veteran gamer you have served well over the many decades
At least my BB went down trying to swing
20 inch naval guns on a battleship? That is both crazy and glorious. I approve of it!
I think the Veteran gamer was the last statebelt in your navy

On this episode of Top Fleet, Stealth makes a Chinese super Nelson

Stealth - "Hey, if the game allows me t do it, why not?"
AI - "That's our method and you complain about all our ship designs"
42:57
The campaign ends in 1965 so you will get a few years out of the big gun BBs at least ^^
your refit on the cursed fish was exactly what I was thinking yesterday.... Great video!
Now thats a Battleship
(Maybe the quad turrests coud be usefull)
Ps: Thank you 😊
Too heavy sadly. Would be magnificent
@@Stealth17Gaming someday in the future hopefully . Maybe a refit
How about a true mega Nelson
Same guns and layout just more armor
15:24 ah yes, I see the Imperial Chinese Navy has developed railguns
Some days the elevator, some days the shaft!
That 20 inch gun shooting APFSDS/HEATFS rounds 🤣
Great campaign. Oh, and I'll start letting commercials run a lot more for your channel.

Good call on balancing the Cursed Fish out a bit
The cursed fish refit has depressed me
Especially with the Iowa style turrets
Yeah, Krupp armor on the Cursed Fish...
EDIT: Patreon`d just now.
Ohh another episode! Yay!!
I hope that incredible muzzle velocity doesn't bite you in the behind.
The last patch broke that type of gun, unless DIP fixed it already.
As for the end of the campaign, you can tell the game no each month and continue playing. At least Brother Munro did before the last patch.
Because the veteran gamer needs a new ship
I think this ship tops the Cursed Fish in design. lol
I’d use 18/19 inch battleships personally but hey
commenting for engagement. i hope UA-cam blesses you with thr algorithm
Thanks!
The mega Nelson class

RIP VeteranGamerGuy
what do you get by adding a barbette?
it allows the gun you put on it to fire above whatever's in front of it, allowing you to put more guns on the ship
Wait, did you listen to that comment on one of your previous vids
You'll have to be a bit more specific
Have you done a American campaign
A while ago yeah
I think I preferred the original cursed fish
sucks to hear you have money problems... i'm only 15 so all i can give is my non rent-paying love, sorry. i hope the channel gets a new surge of popularity, maybe with the multiplayer DLC?
Love your videos, but i think all of us here who follow you completely understand that family comes 1st. Do what you have to do.
stealth you miss upgrading your cursed fish armor
Oh ok thanks
Hi

Let's hear it
I was wrong
Stealth do you like pineapples
Can we even build more state belts
You should name one Nelson
Whelp Time to spam DD's
Your 16 inchers outranged the enemy's guns, no? Why not sit outside their range and take pot shots?
