No real reason. I used a 3.7 in the Soarer, that worked pretty well, but it starts to limit what gear you can use. I.e. 2nd will be maxed out, then 3rd will be really low in the rev range. I intend to get a taller diff and use a closer ratio dog box.

what gear box ratio and final drive are you using on this sweet setup?

@@jkpisces Yeah, but 1st gear is useless though. haha. If you check my recent Mallala video you can see I barely go past 50% throttle anyway.
