I had a F3-E1 error on my whirlpool Duet front load direct drive washer, I had washed a chair cushion and it cam-apart just grossly, I stoped it and pulled it out as much as I could but not before it had gone into the drain line and pump, so I turned to google and you tube and found you. Thanks for your encouragement , I finally was able to get it drained enough for it to release the door, I took the back off , I had my dryer stacked , I didn’t have to un-stack but I didn’t know that, I don’t have front access so I took the back off And the clean out was easy to get to but I had to have my son in-law do the honors of opening it up and oh my gosh what a mess!! It was like mud yuck, no objects except a couple of dimes and that was all cleared , the inside had a mud tube about 3 or 4” long and that was cleared out tho!!😳😊👍🏻✨❣️ so put it all back together and it’s running great again 🎉🎉🎉💫🎉🎉Thank goodness it was not damaged beyond repair thank you for sharing your video❣️❣️👍🏻💖

I have a later model of Steam Washer but the steps also work exactly as you described. AWESOME JOB, THANK YOU AGAIN YOU SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY TODAY.

Ps. The Water Company replaced my Water Meter & when I ran all the plumbing to remove the air, the washing machine cold water function didn’t flow because of air. This disrupted the wash cycle and sensing/balance.
Thank you for informative video. I did the diagnostic and got exactly F0 E1 as the only error code. The washer locks like normal but doesn't do anything once it locks. My guess is that it thinks it is in the allfresh clean mode. Also, I did the self-test where you press the 2nd button and the door locks and then it just stays at C0. No water comes inside the unit and it just sits there and does nothing. The code never changes. Also, I did all of this with the washer being empty. Thanks again for all the great help.
Well, I should have tried before I posted the question above but I unplugged the washer and let all the power go out from the capacitor and then re-plugged. It fixed the issue. Thanks again.
@@hameedwafaAFG .. I think what happened is I put too much in. I though I could wash 2 blankets. It wouldn't spin out. Just kept running as if draining and the door lock light stayed on. I couldn't do anything to open it and take one out. Thanx to you... after pushing the buttons to get to the program area... I kept pushing buttons till the door finally opened, lol! Took all out, ran the clean cycle... put one blanket at a time in and worked fine! I think it was off balance because of the weight. Lesson learned! I just put through the clean cycle to be safe. Thanx again! 😁
Hi I have the problem with the world pool machine is machine is goes to the drain if I turn on by turn on it's keep starting the draining doesn't go to the washing
jose guevara you are probably using lots of soap or wrong soap that causes this problem, try to run rinse and spin or a normal cycle couple of times to get rid of excessive suds and soap, hopefully it would take care of the problem, otherwise call for service.
Exact same washer but when I press the power on nothing so I have to turn the until a cycle start after holding the start button but then it locks unlocks and if im lucky stays locked and starts. After a couple seconds or minutes it cuts back off.....why....tried unplugging no luck
hameed wafa thanks. Unfortunately i don’t have it. It’s okay i called in whirlpool service to come to check it out. My normal wash only dumped some water into the machine. I ran it with a towel inside and it pours a little bit of water then spins a little bit then the machine gets stuck in one place and same 52 minutes left and it doesn’t do anything after that. I have tried shutting it off even unplugging it but nothing. I hope it’s just the computer that needs to be reset or something
Juanita Rios make sure your water is on? I see alot of problems with these units if the customer is living outside the city, water is hard, they have to keep eye on water valve to make sure they are clean,

Alondra Pulido F9 E1 means long drain time, check your drain hose for kinks, make sure the drain hose is not extended longer, check your drain pump make sure there is nothing stuck inside it, if everything seems OK, replace the drain pump.

Carlos Rodríguez check your pressure pipe that's goes to your pressure switch, maybe it's loose or kinked,maybe your pressure switch is defective. Or has a hole or scratch on the pipe ✌️

Drain the water from the back hose, maybe use a shop vaccum, after that door will get unlocked, and check your pump for somththing stuck in it

kam1996 it means alot of stuff, unbalancing, drainage, extra soap, or means nothing because customer was using wrong cycle for for washing cloths.
Never buy a front load washer, they are pieces of shit.
