The first one is an insult to pasta and Italy and I could give you at least 3 reasons why that won't taste good
I agree but can I hear those reasons?

1. The spaghetti in the middle of the meat ball are likely going to form a spaghetti “lump ” (you can also see in the video that when he pulls one piece out the parts closer to the meat don't fall but are actually hard), so when you cut it in the middle it’s all just a ball (and probably the ones in the middle are cooked differently from the ones closer to the meat/the outer sides). If you really want to try this, you should precook the spaghetti and put a little oil in them before doing the meat ball to avoid a “spaghetti fusion”
2. The spaghetti on the end are going to not only cook differently from the ones inside the meat, but also taste differently: chances are the part inside is going to get only the meat flavor and the ends are going to taste just like the sauce..
3. This might be my personal taste or maybe they didn’t film but the only thing with salt in the whole dish is the meat, which means the veggies, the tomato sauce and the end of the spaghetti are not seasoned, and the whole dish could likely be flavorless.
I hope I explained it well! I didn't mean to sound bossy, it's just that many people try these recipes and end up disappointed cause they didn't get the same results when it's really not their fault

In italy we use to make pasta in oven.. but we cook pasta and then we put it in the oven with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmigiano.. we don't cook any kind of pasta in the oven... that's it🤗
@@tizianainter5631 Spaghetti is also made with eggs. There are eggless variants, too, of course. But the egg has nothing to do with whether it will cook in the oven or not. 🤷🏻♂️ It's all about even distribution of the heat and, most importantly, sufficient liquids.
@@polyknittery spaghetti and, in general, all kind of pasta are made with wheat.. lasagna is made with flour and eggs.. you can't cook pasta made with wheat in over.. that's simple! You have to boil water and cook spaghetti in it, then if you want you can put them in oven with tomato sauce and mozzarella... but you have to cook them in water before!!! That's Italian cooking!

I would avoid cooking the egg in plastic wrap in boiling water as plastic wrap heating it is carcinogenic....also the net bag has to be washed before u use it to grate the egg for the Mayo salad....
