This is WOW!! well done!!!
It seems like everybody's just in awe of how they make these eggs. I think a lot of the ideas are really creative, and the presentation is a lot of fun, but in some cases the eggs seem less appetizing. Like the little lattice egg they made by drizzling it in a pattern on the skillet. It's pretty, and it's a cute idea, but it's probably dry and rubbery. Also, in several of these, they take raw veggies and put them right into the eggs and cook them at the same time. Whenever I make an omelet I cook the veggies first, because if you don't they release water and make it difficult to get a good omelet. Plus, I don't care to have crunchy, mostly raw vegetables in my eggs.
Yeah the veggies will stay raw for me I would like to grate it finely and use it

Sitting here munching on my fried sardines and being amazed at how versatile eggs can be! :o I want to live in this chef' town just so I could visit their restaurant everyday. My wallet would probably cry everyday, but it looks worth it!

Lezaan Van wyk you don’t have to flip them, if you start it at a low heat you can cover the pan after you put your filling and check on it every once and a while and then you can fold it and plate it

I agree with you @Fox Animations
A tip for people here: I would recommend that if you want to make the long egg, you cook the _whites_ first by greasing up the outside of the shotglass and sticking it in the drinking glass before pouring the egg whites in around it, being careful not to cover the top. Then when that's solid, you remove the shotglass and pour the yolk into the hole that remains to cook (probably easiest to remove everything, push the shotglass out from the bottom, and put the white tube back). You'll get a more consistent result with a better white to yolk ratio and no 'end pieces' without any yolk. You could also probably make a tube out of tinfoil to make the hole in the white.
