Sopas-Filipino Creamy Soup

Sopas is a famous Filipino soupy dish. A big shout out to Karen and Rexie for teaching me how to make Sopas while I was in Muscat, Oman. It tastes amazing!

Chicken 500gm
Onions 2
Carrot 1/2
Garlic 6 cloves
Evaporated milk 200g
Sausages (chicken) 5 or 6
Butter (as needed)
Salt to taste
Water (5 to 6 cups in total)
