@@AB-ii5pipresumably a loan and especially since WHV131 has been gone for a year and a half but also there is spare vehicles within AL so wouldn’t affect the 280’s allocations as a WVN/WVL can easily cover for WHV18 including the ex-D7 WVL.
@@AB-ii5pitbh these WHVs are nice, I hope after the 280 gets electrics that these are reallocated elsewhere. I suspect these could go and replace WVLs like at BX to be honest
@@AB-ii5piyeah these are better than the 62 regs can’t lie. I like these when they appear on the 57 to be honest, can get good runs between Tooting and Streatham especially since the 57 is the only chance to have a G2 B5LH on that section now that the 333 is no longer with Arriva. The 57 has been strictly Ee for the last few weeks now. I suspect that these could be used to partially cover the 99/269/401 along with the 62 reg WHVs and other diesels to be honest, would like to see these on those routes hopefully. If not then these 61 regs could be used to oust the WVLs on the 486 which expires in 2026
Blue lights change the mood of all gal journeys
@@londonbusfanrex 100% agree especially at night.
It’s nice to see WHV18 running through the streets of Piccadilly Circus and even Shaftesbury Avenue 7 years after their time on the 19 initially.
@@zfs.59 yeah it’s really cool, why did this one transfer to AF though? I’d assume because AL had too many vehicles due to their large supply of Ee’s.

Purple lights actually but still Putney should get some more buses like this
