These are a bit common, X are lenient with hybrids appearing on the 28 and 295 since November. VMHs are technically allocated as they sub in for the N28 and sometimes ADHs can appear on the 28 and 295 often. Tbh if the 414 is thrown back by RATP to TFL, these ADHs will likely be gone unless a few are used for the 220 to potentially free up frogfaces for the E3 if the E3 is on a full 5-7 years. These are more reliable than the native ADHs anyway despite 2 being VOR as RP's own natives always go off the road and needed 3 ADHs off the E1/E3 to cover that.
Yeah I do see these fairly frequently but they usually appear in the evening. There have been some interesting workings on the 28 recently, including this & VMH45335 which has no RATP front logo on it.
@@zfs.59 yes I see now with the 28 passing to Metroline. I wonder where the Optare Metrodeckers will go afterwards. X is slowly losing routes now, it lost the C3 & N97 last year now it’s losing the 28 & 218 this year.
@@AB-ii5pitbf, i dont see OMEs being used for the 452. When 452s result goes up at some point at the end of this year, i see it being kept with WH/VMH unless if QB manage to snatch it back then they can use the ex-350/U5 batch of YX15/17 MMCs which are currently needed for the 133/344 unless those ex-350 YX15 MMCs are being used for the 443 which could be possible if the 407 doesnt release much hybrids in March. The OMEs from the 28 could be used to retain the 414 or downgrade the 295 perhaps, sending the ADHs to the E3's 3 year contract or just keeping the 220 as ex First 12 reg ADH/13 reg VH to release frogfaces to the E3. Depending on the 71 result, I see that route going electric which releases 12-13 hybrids. As for that, I am not sure what happens to the OMEs. Not sure if they can move around the empire too but would be surprising if they do.
@@zfs.59 yeah 414 was also the first route that came to my mind when it came to where the Optare Metrodeckers would go, though I could also see them going to 31 if X were to try & win that route back upon its next tender in 2025.
