That looks fun, and I experiment myself with different grills and techniques. But some of my best cookouts were a done with just good grass fed beef,salt, plain wood and a basic grill.

No problem with vegans in Moscow :) most people there loves bricket, ribs, burgers etc.
Vegans are personal choice here, "health" movement with low publicity and public support. No need to disturb them, and they dont disturb meat lovers like me.

@@user-zy2oz3ri6n People in the US get mad because once in a while they see the opinion of a vegan online and they believe theat they're being forced to give up meat. But really over 90% of online comments are people randomly complaining about vegans.
and, they serve those wonderful meat on a styrofoam tray. SAD!
If you cant use an electric smoker then why can you use an electric knife? Thats idiotic. I say no electric or electronics allowed especially temperature probes in the smokers
