Oil pickup to pump is 106 inch lbs. which is 8.3 ft lbs. your torque wrench doesn’t accurately go that low. Your wrench probably goes down to 12 ft lbs accurately. You would’ve twisted that bolt off or pulled the threads if you would’ve tried. Same with your intake manifold when you get to that point. Do those small bolts by hand. Valve covers should’ve been done by hand too but that’s kind of on me since i gave you a spec.
Don’t confuse inch lbs and ft lbs. if something calls for 120 inch lbs for example and you want to convert it to ft lbs take the number and divide by 12. 120 divided by 12= 10ft lbs. ft lbs to inch lbs you’d multiply.
