I grew up in Hawaii, spam was always a staple of our family, we eat it with everything, from breakfast to dinner recipes. Love Spam, will definitely try your recipe.
Thank you for sharing your recipes . Your instructions are very clear and easy to make the best of all they are delicious. You are a very funny person to watch. I enjoy your videos. ❤
Looks amazing! The way this is made reminds me of the American style salmon patty or croquettes. Looks like a delicious way to use spam. Love your videos 💕
Do you have a cookbook that is for purchase as I love your recipes and I’m following you on UA-cam tried many of your recipes and they are wonderful and tasty. Was hoping you have a cookbook.

Have you made the Okinawan version of Hawaiian Spam Musubi? Oh now THAT is worth it. It's a more substantial 'portable lunch' too if you add your choice of extra fillings (aside from the basic tamago 'slab' and Spam slice, ha!) PS= The sauce you smear on your Pork Tamago Musubi is key so if you can, find a great sweet gourmet miso condiment-- or experiment and mix your own miso honey concoction perhaps. I'd love to know other people's recipes for this, or an obscure regional product they most highly recommend so please do let me know if you've got a good one in the pantry/fridge. 😊

@@mookyyzed2216 Hi 👋 Ok with unsubbing. FYI - Vegan and vegetarian cuisine is and has been part of Korean cuisine, dating back to our dynasties. Yes, now only a small portion of the Korean population are true vegan eaters. Buddhist monks and many followers (Buddhism used to be the religion for most Koreans) are on strict vegan diets. If you go to a Korean Buddhist temple, they serve delicious vegan Korean meals. Some are wait-listed for months, as they serve vegan meals made with ingredients foraged from the surrounding areas. So, whenever I can, I provide vegan-friendly modifications for Korean recipes I share.
