The woman at 44:05 was eventually identified as Lamduan Armitage after a worldwide appeal. The story about how they identified her is quite amazing really. UK police still havent ruled out murder (her husband).
Yeah and Mr Armitage did not apparently file a missing person report about his wife. He told the couple children that Lamduan had left him for another man, the family say also did not want to speak to British police after they flew to Thailand to speak to him about the enquiry. I don’t know about you smells kind of fishy to me It’s still a mystery even now in 2024

Also yet another almost complete Crimewatch UK yearly episodes on UA-cam. Five years ago there were huge mid 1990s gaps until 2005. So it's amazing that they are now extremely narrow now! Here is hoping by June all of the outstanding remaining episodes will be uploaded.

He didn't have a motorbike, it was a car he was arrested in, Vauxhall Zafira. The police should have traced his car reg back to him in 1999 when it was seen in the area of an attack. One victim heard a noisy engine and assumed it was a motorbike

The Nightstalker was eventually caught, Delroy Grant, Jamaican born, offences 1992 to 2009, jailed in 2011.
