I disagree. I am 53 kg and this would be enough for me and I workout too. I eat 2 times a day. This is plenty, add up those calories. Eggs are really filling too.
Her whole channel is about helping people live better lives she even has a whole website about it where she talks about journaling and being healthy and this is pretty much what I eat in a day and I’m fine I’m not jealous of her I find her quite inspirational it’s not her fault you’re insecure
Right. I’m 48, been the same size since high school. 5’1”, 106 lbs. fit, sane as her body type but petite. I eat twice a day, IF 16:8 , no snacking maybe a banana or avocado. She’s eating too much, maybe she’s trying to gain. Me too, 5 lbs of muscle.

I don't think this food would even hit 1000 calories. This is not what recovery from an eating disorder looks like. This IS an eating disorder - flaunting your thin body under the guise of being an inspirational model of healthy eating 🙄 this trend is so toxic.

@@melka3322 Yeah and probably tortures herself with this diet just to look slim. Not everyone knows what healthy means, but they think this is what healthy looks like. It's like men trying to reach for under 10% body fat, it's possible, but you will feel like crap because you aren't "allowed" to eat anything.
@@maeprice8745 Maintenance at 2700kcal, I used to eat around 2000kcal when I didnt care about how much I ate and lived with hunger instead. Also I forgot to mention, she also works out and takes a "sunset walk" which also burns plenty of calories.
You should really make a recipe like a cookbook or something cause like you make delicious healthy food I used to think healthy food was boring like when I see you eat like I actually want to eat it too and it made me change my mindset with food

Don’t worry. They are allegedly always eating some fruits and avocados instead of real meals. I could never live without a warm plate with meat, rice and the salad.
It makes me feeling sad too and I guess the reason is the great effort that comes up in our lives to show others how much we are so good at mastering our lives (whatever it is, eating properly, exercise, being cute, taking care of yourself..) BUT LIFE IS ALL ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE.. the sad things is that the web is full of this.. Sometimes I think I should have my own channel too, showing how bad I dress, how much I am lazy, and growing, yes, but old, and all "the not right things to do" that I do, and still being alive.... .
