Honestly I can't tell..I keep looking at mine and using your discription..it's a worn coin..brown..the flair is not just the I, according to other sites I have looked at it shows all D E I...it dose look like the i is pointing to the one denticals ..I'm thinking it is the no shoulder strap..it is a worn coin, like I said..it's not horrible..

I might think I do have one of the error ones you've talked about in this video. It seems it has the "I" in DEI pointing towards one of the time lines.
