I used to do these workouts last year, but had to stop because of family illness and time constraints. I will start back because I realize how much I miss them. This workout today is great for beginners, people with joint problems or people who are starting again after some time. It's low impact and easy to do. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and need to lose weight as well, so Eva's workouts really helped me get my mind off things and focus on being happy, positive and healthy. Hi, I did it for two years, three times a week. At first 30 minutes but after one month 45 up to 60. Her work is amazing. It took 3 months to see the miracles beginning. It makes you fit and happy as well. Mira is a miracle. Just be patient and continue without checking everyday. Give some time and sure you will enjoy the result.
