20 Minute Resistance Band Strength Workout (High Intensity/No Repeat)

- Tap in with us for a quick 20 minute full body strength workout using resistance bands! This is a high intensity workout that will target your entire body--upper, lower and abs. This is also a high intensity workout which is great if you're looking to build muscle and burn fat in a short amount of time. We used our OBLA resistance bands but you can do most of the movements if you have a different band type. Love the resistance band workouts. Been doing them consistently since August. Now I just need to clean up my diet for the new year!

I really like this workout! I love that there are no repeats. I would love love love it if you guys did another 20 min or 15 min resistance band video so that I can alternate instead of doing only this video. I like variety so I don't do the same work out too many times in a row.

Hi Juice and Toya. First off thank you so much for helping so many of us get and stay fit. I have gained so much body strength through your exercise videos. I have one request. Could you please do a 20 -25 minutes whole body dumb bell workout for people with knee problems. My knees have been bothering me and I really don't want to give up on my workouts because of that. My main problems is squats and lunges and some side movements. Please help! Thank you so much in advance.

Thank you for this great workout. Having somewhat weak joints and Dupuytren's Contracture (aka the viking disease, which sounds so much cooler than it is 😆) I at times have trouble with my grip and my aching joints. Resistance bands training is easier during those periods.

How many times a week should I do the resistance band workout ? I am just starting back to working out I only have 5 & 8 pd weights ,,, I wanted to try the resistance band & shld I do it every day , my muscle mass in my arm terrible.. I am older 63 yrs old to but had health issue that prevented me from working out how I used to,,, What would you recommend for me ?
