Today...you are my new best friend. Swapping doors on 05 Express. I tried heat and some pounding first. Afterall...thats basically free. HD....$34 for the ramjet. $14 for shells(100). Coulda got 25 for $8. I got the yellow box rated the highest charge. But this tool i will just add to my collection. I used to have one years ago. All pins were dry and untouched except the one i heated and added penetrating oil to. What can i say. Today you are my best pal. Cheers. ❤️🇺🇸
@dirtyscant3447 that was square 1. The Hinge puller couldn't remove not one pin. Then, the bolt in the hinge puller became stripped. So i brought another one. The same thing happened. I should've recorded the failure. Them puller was $40. I wasted $80 bucks just to get zero pins out
@@ranyalsreign8338 I actually bought the tool to do remove the pin this way. It shocked the shit out of me when I hit it and it shot the pin into orbit. Never found it. The remaining pins I had a friend watch them and where they landed.
it doesn't work, it turns the tip of the pin into mushroom, special tool from ebay works but bolt is weak. Only thing worked for sure was drilling out, took me 4h to do. Good luck.

That is great!
Do you use a REAL .22 cal long ride or short bullet? Or did you use one of the tool bullets?
Tool bullets
Lol it’s called a powder actuated gun. A lot of brands make them but I use HILTI.
