Lester was experiencing run-of-the-mill reflexes throughout the interview which he conducted. To compare it with Carlson's "butchery" of An Interview would be criminal. Carlson was asked a question in the first 20 seconds of the interview: "Is this a conversation or a speech?", and around the 100th minute, Putin "coughed out loud", realizing that Carlson had not answered the question. Carlson's FIRST mistake, however, was to choose Putin rather than the ambassador of Russia to the US. . Remember these are GRANDPAS. They cough like that. (It has a meaning) Lester Holt really surprised me in this video. Here's to hoping that he will truly be the beacon "of calm" which he likes to see himself as being [so as to prove that he exemplifies A Good Worker]. Poetically, it can be said, "to work without forfeiting run-of-the-mill self-awareness is to scrutinize one's innocence". However, in order to "convert" the poetic statement into prose, we would rephrase it as, "...is to scrutinize one's guilt". This is about fighting delusions of grandeur (wherever they are) as a top priority.
Just as Carlson didn't understand that Putin was trying to hold himself up to the principle of honesty, and pressured him into a very SICK interrogation which would have potentially never ended (had he been "interviewing" a random passer-by on the street, who would have continued, without eating, until he finally died of starvation), [sorry, gotta go]

The situation in the middle east is very complex. However, if Israel's argument is that the property deed of the palestinian people is invalid because God gave the land to jews 2000 years ago, then I believe that Santa Claus brings presents every Christmas.
